To my surprise the General Manager of the Car Wash denied any responsibility for the damage to my vehicle. The employees at the Car Wash would not even look at my damages and expressed a total "non-caring" attitude about these damages. And when I requested the contact information for their regional manager or someone else in management at the company who I could talk with, they would not even provide me with any information. I was very excited when Splash opened this beautiful facility some 6-8 months ago and I thought that they would be a welcome addition to our community. But this experience has shown me that they don't really care about their customers.

I don't believe a single bug was removed from the front of my car so I spent 20 minutes cleaning it myself. Then got to clean and vacuum the inside myself. For $30 I usually get a HAND WASH and total cleaning inside and out. Windows, vacuum etc. Needless to say I won't be going back to Splash Carwash.
