We had been working on leaving the back of his hair long. They chopped it off. Not only did we not receive an apology,but they acted like nothing was wrong .Still got charged. ! For his mistake. I usually bring him here every 2 to 3 weeks . I don't know that I will be coming back. My husband and I left very upset, but end up coming back. We ended up having them remove the back hair since it had been completely destroyed. No point in keeping it. No accountability ! My husban and I have decided to look for another barbershop.

He recommended some product that's more specific to my hair type and buying it at their store was $10 cheaper than buying it online.
