My husband and son just stopped in for the first time today for hair cuts. He said there was plenty of space and seating for the short wait they had, and the customer service was great. They both had their desired cuts done just right, and they liked that hair was blown off of them. Less itchy ! I had seen good reviews from here, and just found out my cousins husband also trusts this business for his hair care needs. Recommend to anyone with men/boys needing a sharp haircut. read more

I went there, thought I would come out looking fresh.. no! Not at all! It was horrible, it looks like I'm bald on the sides, i'm definitely gonna get made fun of because you guys can't just give proper haircuts and listen to simple instructions. First time I came here it was great, fast, courteous and a great trim. This time, different barber; he cut my ear with the electric trimmer, very uneven neckline in beard trim, big gouge out of middle of the beard on my neck. Won't be going back unfortunately. I shouldn't spend $40 for a trim plus tip and then have to come home and spend 20 minutes to fix it. read more

First time walking in here and I'll be back! Came in for a head-shave and beard trim. Walking in, there were several people being served with one person ahead of me on their waitlist. I was sitting for MAYBE 5 minutes when my turn came up. My barber (didn't catch his name) was friendly and made quick, quality work of my requests. My husband took my son in to get a haircut, they were busy which was fine. My son has pretty long hair and they recommended some specific barber for long hair cuts. We explained that we weren't looking for anything fancy just a cut and a taper, the owner plus other barbers were extremely aggressive towards my husband for no reason pushing us onto someone else to cut his hair. Extremely rude and unprofessional for no reason and outwardly aggressive when we were nothing but pleasant. I will never go here or send my family here again. Ended up going somewhere else because we were being harassed so much for no reason. read more

At first I thought these were the only barbers in the area. When you go they talk to you for like a second. The rest of the time they have conversations with each other in Spanish. The owner will leave you razor bumped on your neck line as well. They do not do a legit bald fade either. I am giving one star for the lack of positive customer service, they do not focus on their customers. Also, for their lack of doing a legit bald fade. read more

The staff here is great. Very friendly and welcoming. The only caveat.... no shaving cream or aftershave was used in my fiancé's neck and left his skin super irritated after being shaved with a straight razor. We had to promptly go home so he could wash his hair/skin. My only tip is use shaving cream and after shave! We all know what happens when you dry shave.... read more

First time shame on you second time ... shame on me because you would think since I returned you'd do me a better service... fooled me the first time my beard was a half inch shorter on one side , today my hair line is a quarter in shorter on one side , I had to come back both times ... luckily the barbers have been understanding and went ahead with an adjustment towards perfection, I did appreciate those gestures. read more

Desperately needed a haircut and a beard trim, went into Genesis Barber and was immediately seated. I showed the guy a picture of what hairstyle I was going for and he delivered exactly what I wanted and more! He spent a little over an hour cutting my hair and beard. He didn't rush and took his time. The atmosphere was great here and I really enjoyed it. It's cash only so be sure to bring some, however if you don't that's ok, they have an ATM. My total price for an hour haircut and trim came out to $25 which is cheap in my opinion. I highly recommend this place and will be coming back as a regular customer. read more

Kind of disappointed this time around. My husband went in for a haircut, waited over an hour and a half to come out with it completely messed up. Asked for a fade from a 1 on the bottom, up to a 3 on the top. Showed him a picture of exactly what he wanted. Came out with a skin fade and his sideburns completely shaved off... and he has a beard... I'm very confused... Apparently the guy faced him away from the mirror while he was cutting it. So he couldn't even see what he was doing to tell him that's not what he wanted. Very disappointed. read more
