Robin took me back to her chair where we discussed my style, she then shampooed, and conditioned my hair with a wonderful scalp massage post cleansing. She had just the right amount of pressure yet so very gentle and soothing. She then offered a facial massage with a warm towel and light massage-again fantastic.
