However, fate seems to have allowed me an appointment within the week I called due to a cancellation-my stylist Robin was pure perfection. Reception let her know I was there-attentive, very clean, very professional. Robin took me back to her chair where we discussed my style, she then shampooed, and conditioned my hair with a wonderful scalp massage post cleansing. She had just the right amount of pressure yet so very gentle and soothing. She then offered a facial massage with a warm towel and light massage-again fantastic. Robin cut, blow dried and curled my hair. She applied leave in conditioner, light texturized, a bit of mousse and light hair spray as finish. My hair feels, looks and smells great. She is excellent and I am already booked for foils. I'm so excited I can't wait. This is the first time in my life, someone actually knew my hair style, and cut. Not only did she listen to my nightmare, she explained in detail how she would work to strengthen my hair and nurture the new growth, as she provided detailed explanation of every step from color to cut.
