I'm a disabled veteran they are asking me to package a 300 plus pound bike then pay out of pocket for shipping cost that I won't get back to get the bike to them for a refund that's going to be half the price of the bike so I' m paying half the cost of the defective bike for the 3 months that I used it I guess. They did not give me the choice to decide if I would buy a different kickstand if the link was ever removed. Fast forward the position they chose for the height made for a very unstable bike if I didn't find the proper ground when going to get off my bike. I took my bike to a dealership in Alberta well on holidays and was informed my kickstand was dangerous by this time I was well aware it was dangerous so upon coming home I called Vernon Motorsports to make a arrangements for them to correct the issue this dealership said come on in we will make it right, When my boyfriend brought the bike in he wanted to be sure that this was not going to cost, he was then informed it was going to cost two hours labor so 300$ for a job they did wrong in the first place. I believe this dealership did not ask me My preference upon doing the job the first time and now wasn't going to stand behind their work. Person I spoke to And had it made arrangements to bring my bike in had assured me that this would be made right, and was certain I wouldn't be charged.

Had it towed to the HD store in Kelowna. Went there the next morning and was told they were two weeks out on repair and nothing they could do. They didn't have the belt in stock. They did offer to store if for me until I could drive the 200 miles to pick it up. Walked over to Konquer's and spoke with Mitch in the service department. They had the belt in stock. He thought they could have it done in a day or two. We got the bike into Konquer's shop and headed for lunch at Vernon BC, expecting to hear back from Mitch on Sunday or Monday. While have lunch in Vernon, Mitch called me and said the bike would be done if we wanted to come back and pick it up. I just about fell over. We headed back to Kelowna and the bike was sitting outside, repaired. They put several mechanic's on it and "Got Er Done". I wish these guys would open a shop in Wenatchee, WA. They saved me the weekly cost of the rental car and a long trip to Kelowna to pick up the bike. Thanks so much Mitch and the crew at Konquer's. You're the best!!

Got a quote from them saying between 100-200 to rebuild carburetors. The bill turned out to be 450…read more This bill was all labour as I supplied all the parts. This was with me suppling the parts and I removed the carbs from the motorcycle and mailed them to redline. When I got the carbs back several of the linkage bars were damaged with me still needing to install them back into the bike and balance them, taking all the risk. If I had known they were going to charge me this amount I would of taken the whole bike to them or another shop and got them to do the job from start to finish. I can't believe they charged me 450 for throwing them in a ultrasonic cleaner and replacing the rubber gaskets. Two of the choke valves were still stuck. Not what I would call a professional shop. The throttle link bolts still had grime on them which proves they did not look at them. Amateur mechanics at best.
