He made the process so unbelievably easy, and friendly for that matter. I truly felt fantastic as did the sellers about the purchase and sale. He went so far above and beyond to make all parties comfortable and content with our decisions. Fast forward just over a year, personal situations change , and I had an interest in perhaps selling and moving in a different direction. I reached out to Alex just to understand the market. He went through all aspects of what the market looks like and what I could expect, also not pressuring in any way. Again building a trust that is very unheard of. Within hours he had potential clients that would suit my type of home lined up. Pretty amazing Take it forward a few more weeks I left town and unfortunately felt I left my house open (still not for sale). Me not being from the area knew very few people, that could check on my home. I reached out to Alex, and he immediately went by to make sure the house was locked up. Unreal!!
