The other dish I almost always order is Dan Dan Noodles which is a very spicy Sichuan pork mince mix served over noodles. It's spicy and lipsmackingly delicious. Our other two favourites are the beef noodle soup and Pork Chop with Egg Noodles. The pork chop and beef are always tender and both soup bases are full of flavour. Pork Chop and Egg is probably my favourite out of the two because I get a braised egg (I'm a sucker for braised eggs).
