They know they are the only beauty supply store so close to base. The customer service is terrible and all the products are super over priced. A lot of things are not priced so when I took the time to check over my receipt the woman at the register seemed highly agitated. Spend you money else where if possible. read more

This store has a great selection of wigs and accessories, but the service is AWFUL! IF you can get anyone to help you, they provide the bare minimum of help. You're only allowed to try on a few wigs per visit, and even then, only the colors they have out on display. They also have a no returns policy, so if the wig you bought doesn't look good on you, then you're SOL. I'll never shop here again. read more

Never buy from here. Learn from my mistake... I got the virgin body wave hair and I haven't even had my hair in for a whole week, it stared losing its curl on about day 4 even though I would braid it or twist it at night and wear a bonnet. And now on day 6 it's completely lost its curl, I've only washed it once.. even used leave in conditioner like the directions said and it's basically straight now. read more

This is one of the worst ethnic beauty supply stores I have ever been to, I personally left the store feeling racially descrimnated upon. The asian woman working had a very nice-nasty type of attitude. Sadly, it is the only ethnic hair supply store located in Junction City, KS. When you walk in, there's no friendly greetings such as "hello, may I help you? Or please let me know if I can help you find anything?" Everything in this store is overpriced by a minimum of $2. Since I purchase a lot of things online I found hairsisters.com to be a really good alternative, shipping is free after $35 and it only takes two days, plus there are a lot of people posting hair reviews with both pictures and videos. In addition, I can order using my smart phone and if I have questions I can call or email them directly and ask one of their friendly reps ---I've been happy ever since. If I ever need anything else quickly I will go to either Walmart, Sallys or Dollar General. I will not spend another dollar in, and/or, on any establishment that doesn't appreciate my business or my skin color. read more
