I brought all the documents with me and she took copies and said I would require another appointment while she researched how to process with my name change after getting married. She said she would get back to me. 2 weeks go by and I called and left a message for her. I am pretty patient at this time but how long can she need? Another few days pass and I speak to someone who says she is not in that day but she would have her contact me. That was early September and never any follow up while she has copies of my marriage license and grandmother's death certificate. From their website page for that location, Manjola is the bank manager. I have serious questions if the bank manager didn't know how to process what has to be a pretty commonplace request and also is not concerned with follow up. They told me the manager/notary said 10 more minutes. I asked why wasn't I aware of this when I came in because I could have gone to a different branch. The teller responds by telling me to go sit and wait at another branch. I told her that her attitude was very nasty and got up and left. Came to another branch and they took care of it right away.
