The representatives are always friendly, courteous, and don't waste time. I remember when I first went, I saw how few stars they had and decided to check it out, and I couldn't believe how great it was! They even have two ATM machines to use outdoors and 2 or 3 drive-thru windows, two things a lot of bank branches don't always have more than one of. I'm not sure how this place got such a bad customer service RAP, but I couldn't be happier.

With my laundry pair still wrapped from the move and in my storage room because they can't be hooked up here, having $7 to $14 in quarters each week is on the top of must be done list. They have one ATM machine on the outside of the building. The area for the bank tellers is small, but they usually have one or two people working during the day.
