My kids spent 3 years at Genius kids, and, I honestly wish I could keep them there longer. The care of teachers and friendly atmosphere were amazing. The owner was always there for you if you had any questions. The facility is safe and secure. Home-like environment. We are grateful to the care of teachers and the staff of Genius kids. read more

If looking for a school you should defiently enroll your child to this school. For sure brings so many good memories with students and teachers. Teaching children to grow up very wise with secular and jewish studies, to be kind to others, to think like an adult, to become very mature, and to think outside the box. They place children in cold classrooms because they cannot afford to fix the heat in the winters. They also don't pay their employees. The teachers have not seen a paycheck in 2 months. The woman principal is disgusting and her behavior towards parents and teachers is belittling. She becomes very defensive when asked a question and treats the children horribly. Not to mention she uses employees as an example to other employees and publicly belittles them, all while attempting to withhold pay. She is an embarrassment to the school and it would be just slightly a better school (not much better, but better) if she was asked to leave. She pushes the employees out. If you're looking to educate your child, please seek elsewhere.

In September 1959, the Saint Thomas Parish School opened with an enrollment of 154 children in grades one, two, and four. Sister Agnes of the Daughters of Divine Charity, the school's first principal, and Sisters Girard and Dorothy were the other teachers. Much has happened since those first days when Sister Agnes wrote in her journal: "The makeshift classrooms, plus the undisciplined students, who come from various schools, made things rather difficult, but God gave us the necessary strength to cope with them. Without His help it would not have been possible." The school also got some help from the Parent Teachers Association. With the encouragement and leadership of Father French, in 1960 and 1961 the PTA promoted a parish-wide effort to gain a new school bus for the school through what has been called "The Great Green Stamp Collection." It took 18 months to acquire and paste into books the 5,000,000 S&H Green Stamps necessary to purchase a 66-passenger school bus, which arrived in the parish parking lot on October 7, 1961. The nuns who taught in the school eventually moved into two houses on Barkley Road, which served as their convent; three other houses on Barkley served as rectories for four parish priests and weekend assistants. And, as St. Ambrose Parish in Old Bridge was formed from the burgeoning St. Thomas population, much was happening in our church as well. St. Thomas and its grounds were continually being upgraded. In 1963, the school's Parent Teacher Association financed installation of a reredos screen featuring a 12-foot crucifix in the center of the sanctuary. Stations of the Cross were added to the church and convent. A granite statue of St. Thomas the Apostle was placed in front of the auditorium and, on the main church lawn, a statue of St. Ann with Mary as a young girl. The outdoor shrine to Our Lady of Fatima was constructed by volunteers. The eight-classroom addition to St. Thomas School was completed in time for the beginning of the school year in 1966.

This is the best daycare program and facility in New Jersey. I am a single mother working full time, so my child is spending most of her time in this daycare, which is now her de facto second home. She gets hot meals, she sleeps on her sheets (cots are used), the toys are great, the playground has an artificial lawn, which means clean clothing, no bugs, no allergy. The physical layout of classrooms is thought out, the bathrooms are in the classrooms, not the hallway. My daughter goes to gymnastics, which is very convenient, as I cannot take time off work to bring her to any other places. The owners/directors are very approachable and accommodating, they truly care about our children. They have cameras, so I can watch all day long what they do, what she wears on the playground, how she is doing in gymnastics, it gives me peace of mind. I know she is happy and safe, and I can do my work. My daughter has spent two years here, and I expect two more, and most likely will be bringing her for after-school program because I am sure I will not find anything comparable in quality. My daughter is now 4, she in pre-K. Our teachers are the best, I am so lucky I was able to get her in this class. Ms. Jayne, Ms. Olga, and Ms. Caryn are a dream team. They are caring, compassionate and loving. My daughter is getting truly bilingual, she knows a lot of sight words, alphabet, days of week, seasons, months, counts to 100 and started reading. I have a toddler, who started going to this daycare a few weeks ago. I cannot be happier with the place. She is 2.4 years old and is very attached to me. She was crying every time I dropped her off but in about a week, she got used to staying there, adjusted to the routine. The teachers and staff are all very friendly, attentive, and professional. During nap times, they were holding her hand to comfort her, which made it stress free for my daughter. It is a great place for kids since they have art, music classes, Russian language classes; they do a lot of different activities with the kids. Also, hot meals are provided. The meals are served 3 times a day, which include fruits, vegetables, snack. Summer camp is available as well for those who have older kids. My older daughter loved it this summer. I love this place and would recommend it to everyone who is looking for caring daycare. read more

Great daycare. Both of my kids attended this daycare starting from the age 1 until graduating pre k. Teachers are amazing, they take care of the kids as if it was their own. My daughter graduated pre k in June and starting school and she misses all the teachers and always asks me to take her back to visit.They have very strong and interesting ciriculcum for all ages that combines Russian and English. The school provide all the supplies and 5 meals a day including hot lunch and dinner. The hours are very long and there are many extra activities offered. Russian, music and Art , Hebrew classes are free and included in tuition. There is cameras installed that can be watched from parents smartphones anytime. My daugthers transition to public school kindergarten was very easy because she was well prepared in pre k. Highly recommend. read more

My three kids attended Genius Kids Academy throughout the years with the youngest currently in twos class. This is a wonderful daycare. The owner is very accommodating and is always helpful. What makes this daycare are the teachers. My all three kids had different teachers and we were always very impressed with them. My oldest who is about to start 3rd grade in public school still says that his kindergarten teacher at Genius Kids was the best. My youngest who is 2 runs every morning to hug his teacher. There are cameras and you can watch your kids from your phone and I see how the teachers do a lot of activities with the kids and are very caring toward our little ones. There are also meals provided including dinner at 5 which is very convenient for working parents. I would highly recommend this daycare! read more

Love Genius Kids Academy Teachers work with parents and children even through the hard times. Its when the staff goes above and beyond that's when it's least appreciated. So to those who bad mouth need to look into them selves. The program is amazing, the activities, they're like an open book. You can watch the cameras because there's nothing to hide. That's the difference. Those who write long post on how much they hated the place, obviously were given a million and one chances. Except they were not willing to put in the time or the effort in to their children. read more

My kids really enjoyed going to this school. They came home always singing a new song that they learned, or brought new projects. I must say, they do give homework but it s rewarded at the end of the week if they were consistent. The director was always there if I had any questions. My kids really enjoyed the extra curricular activities such as ballet, piano, dance and gymnastics. Everything is taught in the building. The Russian lessons really helped my daughters keep the knowledge of Russian language. read more

We had our son in Genius Kids Marlboro and absolutely loved it. They were very friendly and were amazing with the children. After moving to Howell we were extremely happy to see that they opened up another branch here. Our daughter has been attending this school for several years now and we couldn't be happier. The friendly staff and teachers are great with the kids and we really love the classroom camera that allows us to check on her throughout the day. We definitely recommend Genius Kids! read more

This school, the kids just melts my heart when I walk in. The shows that they put on is a tear jerker. As a single father I try to spend as much time involved in my childs life. The CCTV that they installed I can watch it through an app on my phone. Other schools just make it for show. Now that my kids are in kindergarten, I make an effort to drive them everyday to Morganville location. We used to be at the one is Howell (which we loved so much) The attention that these kids get there is unbelievable! I'm so happy there ( I wish they could expand ;) ).
