They dropped my furniture and scraped up a bunch of it. Also scratched the hardwood floors. Had minors ( around 12 or so) moving because I guess he can't find help. They turned a 7 or 8 hour job into 12 hours because they took breaks every 5 minutes. Also pretty sure the oldest employee was high because he smelled like pot when we got to the new house. The owner Scott did nothing to help or even supervise, he just sat there. At the end of the move he did not apologize, or even offer some money off of the move. I will be reporting them to the labor board for having a "minor working" on a school day and for working over 12 hours. I'll also make sure to share this awful company every chance I get.

Their quote beat every other quote I received. We agreed upon a date and time. The night before service, Tony called me to confirm the appointment time. The morning of, Tony called to let me know he would be here just a few minutes late because he was rerouted due to an accident. (Note: my pickup time was 8:00, and I live between two very busy morning traffic roads, so this is 100% understandable.) I appreciated the communication.. most companies wouldn't call about a 5 minute difference! Jerrell was right on time and actually had everything out and loaded when Tony got here at 8:05. Jerrell and Tony were both so friendly. This is extremely important for me, as I am a single woman. You never know who is coming in to your home, and the kindness and warmth was greatly appreciated. I hired this company to lay pinestraw on our hill and to fill an eroded hole with 2 cubic yards of…read moredirt. The initial quote was $1,000, and I paid a $400 deposit up front. While the pinestraw itself was done well, the dirt work was not completed as promised. They rescheduled our originally agreed date and could only do the work either when I wasn't home or nearly a month later. I chose the earlier date, but after checking the job, I saw the hole was not properly filled. From my own cameras, it was clear they used only about one wheelbarrow of dirt--far less than the 2 cubic yards quoted. When I brought this up, they dismissed the video evidence and insisted their crew had done the work as promised. At that point, they asked me to pay $500 more immediately, saying they would return later to finish filling the hole, and I could then pay the final $100. I didn't feel comfortable paying more until the work was actually completed, especially since their own invoice stated the "remaining balance is due upon completion." Unfortunately, they refused to fix the problem unless I paid more first. I suggested two options: either I pay in full and never use their services again, or they come back to complete the job as quoted (or offer a discount). They chose to accept full payment with no resolution. I went ahead and paid in full, and afterward they texted saying they would come that Friday to finish the hole -- but they never showed up and stopped responding entirely, even after I sent them the video evidence. To make matters worse, they blocked me on Facebook after I tried reaching out again. I specifically hired them because I needed that hole filled, and I would have gladly paid more if the quoted amount wasn't sufficient. Instead, I was left with an unfinished job, no accountability, and poor customer service. While the pinestraw looked nice, the dishonesty and lack of follow-through overshadowed everything. I would not recommend this company unless you're able to be present to watch every step -- but even then, you may still be left frustrated when promises aren't kept.
