The room we went into had some cool gadgets and gears but lacked a lot of props and decor. I took off a couple of stars because our room was not set up properly prior to our start. We spent most of our time on one puzzle and we were still able to finish but had to use many hints. When we walked out, we asked the game master about this particular puzzle and he realized that it had not been set up so we would have never been able to get our next clue. Had this room been properly set up, we should have gotten out with almost 30 minutes to spare. It's only $20 per person which is cheaper than most escape rooms. However, I felt that the puzzles were more simple than my past experiences. If you've never done an escape room, give this place a try! But if you consider yourself a veteran, maybe pass on this place.

The phone speaker in the room was a little hard to hear. Some physical exercise is needed for one of the clues. Won't give anything else away, but we had a good time and I'm glad I got to experience Escape in Time again years later.

I arrived for my reservation one hour early for the reservation and was told I didn't provide a Wisconsin license and they could not rent the boat. I asked them to cancel the reservation and they refused and charged my credit card for the rental. It would have been very helpful if they required a Wisconsin license prior to accepting the rental. I would also add Paul was extremely rude and not certain how he feels justified to charge for a service that was never provided. If you are looking to rent a boat in Madison, you should pass on Capital Boat Club.

When it came time to make the payment, I attempted to pay twice, but both times I was told that the card machine was broken. At the time, I was eight months pregnant. Shortly after, I had to be induced early due to complications. Five days after giving birth, I suffered a severe hemorrhage and went into cardiac arrest. Doctors performed CPR on me for about 30 minutes, and I was placed in a coma for two weeks. When I woke up, I had undergone multiple surgeries and had to learn how to walk again. My entire focus during that time was on surviving and recovering. Because of everything that happened, the payments had completely slipped my mind and I had honestly forgotten all about it during my recovery. During that time, the owner contacted me regarding two missed payments totaling $2,700. She told me that emails had been sent, but I never received any communication. When I explained the medical emergency and everything I had been through, I was met with a very rude response and was told that I needed to pay the full amount immediately or I would be sued. I never said that I wouldn't pay what was owed. However, I was extremely disappointed by the complete lack of compassion and understanding given the life-threatening situation I had just gone through. I was given no time or flexibility to arrange payment, even though I had been unable to work for quite some time due to multiple surgeries and a long recovery. A little compassion and understanding during such a difficult time would have made a big difference.

When we got there we were told there were absolutely no openings till summer. I quote "Corporate does that all the time to just get you to come in." The front desk lady left my girlfriend's voicemail and never mentioned that there was a wait list for the first openings in summer. The front desk lately was very rude and became agitated that we were shocked there were no openings. Overall very unprofessional and horrible customer service experience.

My daughter has been in this daycare for almost 7 months now. She's in the toddler classroom. We…read moreabsolutely love her teachers. The communication between the teachers and parents is great. I especially like how her teachers always take my concern or advice very seriously. They always follow through. They are also curious about how we handle certain situations at home so that we can keep everything on the same page between school and home. I think that's very important when it comes to learning and discipline for kids at this age. One thing we particularly enjoy is that our daughter likes to show off what she learns from school. Everyday she surprises us with new words, new dance moves, new songs (even though she could only sing a small part of the song but it was enough for us to guess what song she learned in school). And she has become a child with great manner even when she is upset, she would still say "no please". Another thing I noticed is that her teachers enjoy buying cool books and toys from resale stores. They brought in new books/toys so frequently to help the children learn something new all the time. I thought that was part of their job responsibilities but turned out it was voluntary and they enjoy doing so. Kudos to her lead teachers Ms. Melissa and Ms. Kris, and all the other teachers who fill in to help here and there.

I have an 8 year old and 8 month old so they are easier to entertain. The older kids might get bored if you frequent this place. I work nights so I am able to take my kids when everyone else is at work so that's a plus for me. They do have lifeguards on duty, a separate area for adults to swim, a kiddie pool for the younger kids, rides and a hot tub (I mean because Wisconsin doesn't get hot enough for some of us). I would definitely recommend if you're looking for something for the kids to do during the summer. There is only one stall in the female restroom and I am hoping they would fix that because it's really annoying to wait to use the restroom when you have younger children with you.
