I tried to explain this several different ways to the dentist, but she seemed to not understand what I was saying, not sure if it was a language issue 2. Ive been trying to make an appointment for 2 weeks-it is an emergency and I have throbbing pain that I have been treating with Ibuprofen and numbing gel but my fear is that it's a cavity and it will become worse or I will get an abscess if left untreated. They have been NO HELP. I called the dentist herself and she said she could not see me but could do a telehealth visit. Not even sure how a dentist would do that but what a joke. 3. I told the receptionist (Manuel) that I wanted to try and get an appointment before my vacation. He said he couldn't accommodate me for over a week even though I explained everything above and that my condition was painful and could get worse. Because my insurance lists only them as my provider, I didn't have a choice but to take what they offered (also why I was waiting in pain for 2 weeks for a call back). I made the appointment only to get a call back immediately with him asking me where I was going-totally reasonable given the climate today-but I'm only going to NY to visit family for 4 days and explained to him such. He said the dentist still would not see me! I asked for her direct number and called the dentist and she did not answer the first 4 times I called ... benefit of the doubt maybe she was busy but also maybe she was trying to avoid my call...so the 5th time I called she answered she wasn't helpful at all, and then said she could see me if I was only going to NY Bottom line, this office doesn't seem to care if patients are in pain or in managing their office in a way that is helpful to patients trying to make an appointment. Luckily my husband was able to get me an appointment with his dentist SAME DAY at 630pm (I didn't realize I'm listed on his insurance but am so glad I am)! I'm going to ask my insurance to change my dental provider immediately and if anyone needs the name of an amazing office with awesome staff, lmk and I'll give you the office that took me same day when I told them about my horrific experience with Middlesex Dental

Last week Dr. Molesphini extracted one of my teeth as part of the initial stage for implant or bridge installation (tbd a few months from now). The extraction itself went fine - quick and painless. However, before and during the procedure I was suffering from (unrelated) digestive distress, and throughout, I was literally jumping out of the seat every ten minutes or so to take care of what I needed to, there in the exam room. This turned into rather a mortifying experience for me. But throughout the entire time, Dr. M. as well as his assistant were fabulous. Patient, compassionate, and kind. I wanted to go through with the procedure though Dr. M. repeatedly (and wisely) asked me throughout if I wanted to continue. Kudos to him and his assistant that evening for turning a very difficult and embarrassing situation for me into one that was professionally and gracefully handled. I so much appreciate this. In 25 years of seeing both Dr. Molesphini and Dr. Chustckie, as well as many years seeing Debbie S. for my cleanings, I have been extremely pleased with their work and my outcomes. I couldn't recommend this practice highly enough.

Since we share the same insurance and I was told my out of pocket cost would be no more than $100, I trusted this office and started my treatment with Dr. Elisa Marants, supervised by Dr. Jeffrey Chustckie. What happened next was absolutely unacceptable. After a few months, I discovered that my insurance had stopped paying because the office closed my Invisalign case after only 5 months, even though my treatment was clearly not finished. My case involved one single tooth, and there was no clinical justification for ending the treatment early. My insurance confirmed that they would resume payments if the provider simply reopened the case. Instead, the office refused to do it. To make things worse, when I called to ask for clarification, the staff told me: "We will call you back after speaking with Dr. Marants." They never called. Not once. No follow up, no explanation, no accountability. I reached out again, and the response was the same: no responsibility, no willingness to fix their own mistake, and absolutely no concern for the patient. Because they closed the case prematurely, my insurance paid only about $1,500, and I was left with an incomplete treatment and a financial situation that I never agreed to. This entire experience has been: * Unprofessional * Irresponsible * Poorly managed * Completely lacking in patient care and ethics I strongly warn anyone considering Invisalign or any dental treatment here: Avoid this office. I called them today to schedule an appointment for my kids annual checkup. I found out that they do not open on any weekday evenings nor any Saturdays. They advertise they open Saturdays from 9-1pm and Monday and Tuesday till 7pm. When I tried to ask for the next available times in the Evenings and Weekends they said they do not have them. The receptionist on the phone advised that the hygienist is on maternity leave. I totally understand completely, but could you hire a temp or update the website? My question is that your a business, so you don't have coverage? Really? They should understand that people work during the day and kids are in school. Why should I take my kids out of school to go see an dentist for a checkup. I understand if its an emergency if their teeth is bothering them. I didn't even get to step foot in the office and this is the first impression I get? I'm really disappointed that the business end of this dentist office don't care about operations and they should realize that not every customer has children not in school. I guess a lesson learned is to call for the hours before you enroll.

He said maybe it was cracked and needed a crown. I asked what does maybe mean? Can he see the crack on the x-ray. He never answered me directly. I got suspicious and got a 2nd opinion the next day. Turned out I had 2 cavities in 2 teeth. The one in the molar had been there for over 5 years and almost reached the nerve, which would have then needed a root canal. I can even see the black spot with my bare eyes!!! This is aside from the fact he filled a loose filling on the same molar a month ago and never saw the cavity!! In addition, 4 old metal fillings were loose and needed to be redone. Is this guy blind or dumb? This doctor is not only incompetent, he's also a fraud.

Teeth Whitening Services - Groupon…read more CONS: While I was very eager to spend an additional $137 on teeth cleaning (which I was well aware was necessary), my desire to spend that money was thwarted when I was notified seven times that I had to pay the original $599 cost (despite the Groupon Coupon including these services) or switch from my dentist to their dentists (I'm not sure how this relates to brightening my teeth). As the services offered through Groupon seem disingenuous, in order to gain new clients, I will not recommend the location to my family, friends, or coworkers for teeth whitening. PROS: If you require a new dentist, this is an outstanding choice. All members of the staff (all of whom I spoke with) were extremely pleasant, the office was neat and tranquil, electronic check-in was easy and straightforward, there were no long wait times, appointment reminders were sent by SMS, and parking was ample.

Service hasn't degraded one bit! I've been mainly supported by Dr. Dhaliwhal but know of Dr. Gil for one visit I had in the past when Dr. D was out on vaca. They are both awesome AND Kristen, the front desk assistant is a pleasure to deal with. I've had fillings, cleanings, and x-rays done at this place and they get you in, do the work in a timely manner, and also make you feel comfortable the whole time. Good dentistry practice indeed. Also, there's a bad review in one of the below reviews but I have no clue who that Dr. that's mentioned in that post. The doc mentioned wasn't anyone I know from that practice.
