Doctor saw my foot and ordered X-rays that were done right then and there. Diagnosed the issue and referred me to a surgeon. I know she is a great doctor because when I went to see the surgeon he told me that the doctor had talked about my case and was very concerned that I get in to see the surgeon right away. Great customer service from the front office staff as well. They are all very friendly and professional.

She told me I had a tumor and needed to see an 'orthopaedic surgeon because it is hard, fixed and therefore is possibly malignant.' I was shocked, extremely upset and in need of a second opinion. I saw Dr Mark Hellmann of Helmann Podiatry in Harriman. He was able to instantly calm my fears and explain exactly why it is never good to put 100% into such a harsh prognosis from somebody who is not a specialist in a particular field. It turns out I merely have tendonosis! I am so grateful to Dr. Hellmann for the time he took with me and for seeing me on such short notice. I can absolutely recommend his practice.

After going too long with intense pain in my feet, I made an appointment here with the podiatrist…read more My feet were x-rayed and the doctor spent a few minutes with me asking about how much I'm on my feet. He gave me an injection, a prescription for anti-inflammatories, and sent me on my way. Nothing helped. I want back and nothing was different. I made an appointment when I can home to AZ with a doctor who spent an hour with me and diagnosed several issues, including that my legs are different lengths. He scanned my foot for orthotics and sent me home with some "make shift" just until my permanent pair arrive. It was a completely different experience.
