This is not my first spa experience, so I was a bit put off by the service through the day. I arrived and there's no clear signage on where to go, eventually someone told me to go check in upstairs, and a girl took me around to ask if I wanted a robe, since it was a full day thing I thought that was assumed. Anyway, after changing I was to put my belongings in a locker, but they were all missing keys, the girl was confused and told me to just put my stuff wherever, which was not a way to begin a relaxing day. Also, nobody I saw working up to that moment was wearing a mask, which just added to my anxiety. The massage therapist was first, and she was great (Sydney), and also wore a mask the whole time, she's the reason I gave 2 stars and not 1, I would see her again at a different location. Meanwhile, the person who did my facial could not bother to wear a mask and didn't even give me any feedback during my service. And the lady who did my pedicure didn't even want to talk to me and decided to chat with the next chair over instead. Oh, and after the massage I noticed they had brought keys for the lockers for new clients who came over but didn't say anything to me, so I took it upon myself to move my stuff to a locker with a key at that point. Management seemed nice and sent me home with a box of chocolates and a candle, but the services were not up to par, and the lack of masking was a complete turn off. So I'm still trying to find a spa in the area.

It sounds steep but it's one of the best prices I have in the Huntsville area. Fast forward a month and my mom and I begin to make our way to the salon with little to no trouble. The salon is nice, clean and really feels like an escape. The women there really made me feel like I was leaving my mother in very capable hands. Around four hours later, I picked her up refreshed and relaxed. She really loved the service, everything about it actually. I finally selected her recommended color and proceeded with the process. When all was said and done, the color wasn't even close to the selected color. Wayyyy too light. She mentioned that she could add gloss to darken it (additional charge). I passed on it, paid my bill of almost $200 dollars (with tip) and left...not happy.
