Charged me over a thousand dollars to fix my AC compressor then didn't put any lubricant in so it burnt out and I had to take it to another garage. One with competent mechanics. Really got me out of a jam when we were camping down at Alle Springs and my truck needed work to get us home. Good guys all around.

I was riding my motorcycle back to Illinois from Oklahoma and got a flat tire about 10 miles from Willow Springs. This happened around 7pm and upon a recommendation from another shop, I called Danny at Gentleman Jim's. Danny loaded up and headed out to pick me up. Since it was so late, Danny was happy to hold my bike at his shop, drop me at a hotel for the evening, and starting working on finding a solution to my flat tire the next morning. In the morning, Danny was calling around to find a solution and tapped all his resources. We found a place with a tube and install (thanks D&S Cycle) down in West Plains. Danny and Braxton were great to help me out, go above and beyond to find a solution, and work to get me back on the road all while juggling their other calls. Truly great customer service from these guys and get my bike running again. I recommend everyone use these guys for any towing and service needs. Honest guys and very fair price. My trailer snapped a leaf spring and needed repairs. Gentleman Jim's was wonderful he repaired the trailer enough to get it off the road and finished the repairs at his shop. Great service. read more

I hit something in the road around 5:30AM when I was driving from KS to NC. I called these guys & someone came out within 15 mins, fixed my car in another 15 mins, & didn't charge me much at all. Great service that I would definitely use again if I was in the area. read more

We were driving back to Kentucky when my Ford Transit went into limited power mode called Jim which happened to be right down the road so we limped there. They were as nice as could be but the part (throttle body) was at the Ford dealership too far away to go get and be replaced the same day so Jim recommended a Motel and they had us on the road the next day. And didn't charge a arm and a leg in fact I'M not sure he charged enough. Oh and he cared enough to call and make sure we go home OK. He is a Gentlemen Thank's Jim! read more

Jim repaired my van when we were stranded in the area. My V-10 Ford ejected a spark plug. Jim was able to get right on it and repaired it at a reasonable cost. He didn't gouge us on the price even though we from out of town. He rescued out vacation! read more
