I also had Champion in Dayton, OH build a much larger sunroom in my home there.) I will ALWAYS use Champion! Workers are dedicated and professional. I was surprised however that I had to contract for my own flooring, but it was/is fine. How wonderful to sit outside without BUGS. It is a four season room and I love it. I also got small windows at the bottom for my little dog and he loves it too. I highly recommend this company. Champion absolutely stands behind their products. While the "sunroom guys" were here they fixed a problem I was having with my storm door, which had been Champion installed in 2021. There are probably other companies that would be less expensive, but if you want the BEST and a company that stands behind their products, always choose Champion. Even though I am rapidly approaching 80, I love that this Champion Sunroom will be passed down for generations! I am a very happy and returning customer!

He said he couldn't do that. We let it go. The next day, Steve L called and asked what they could do to get the business and we told them (it was only like coming down like $1k). He said he could do it and we signed the contracts and everything. This was for like 9 double hung windows and 1 pane. So the second measurer came out and did all the measuring again. Then they took out their $4500 down payment. Then a couple weeks go by and we get a phone call from Steve saying the initial guy "measured wrong", even though what he had matched the second guys measurements, and we were going to have to come up with another $1100. I informed Steve that we didn't do anything "wrong" and therefore we would not be doing that and it was something they needed to resolve on their end and to honor the agreement. Steve took a week and after several calls, Larry F from the branch in Wichita called and said they couldn't honor the agreement at that price and I told them to then cancel the agreement and refund our money. All over a $1100 difference. We gave them EVERY opportunity to make things right and just move forward. This was always on them. Just an old bait and switch, give them one price agreed to in a binding contract, and then tell them a mistake was made and ask them for more money. I will be reporting to the BBB as well as every social media/website possible about our very poor experience with Champion and the installers for them in Wichita. Buyer beware.

River City came in and not only told us we could do it, but then built it and made it more beautiful than we could have imagined. It looks like it was always meant to be a part of our house. And we had issues with flooding in our backyard due to some drainage problems from next-door neighbor pools. He added some rocks and topsoil. Two days ago we had horrendous rains in Cincinnati with 60 mph winds. And guess what, noflooding in the backyard! In addition, he did landscaping in our side yard that faces the street. They…read morestarted a month late, said it would take 2 weeks, it just finished this week, 2 and a half months later. Lots went wrong. The decking crew that came out first was awful. It took them 2 weeks just to put the deck in (yes, it was hot) but our backyard looked like a homeless camp every night. They left personal trash and a mess...every night until we reported them. The Patio crew had to redo the entire railing system the deck crew put up because it looked like a bad DYI project. The actual patio enclosure crew was excellent. Two brothers and crew were very hardworking, honest and reputable. Unfortunately the guy who came out to measure our gable windows mis-measured and we had to wait another 3 weeks for new glass. The spouting system they designed was also not working, so they had to put a different system on. It was seriously one problem after another. The price was absolutely ridiculous, and we asked for a discount due to all the issues and broken promises, but they only gave us $250 back, which we haven't received yet. Hardly touched the surface of our discontent.

However we have already paid $5,000.00 and they are asking for next installment. The enclosure was completed on 2/19/2020. Yes 5 months later Update: Gutter systems DO NOT catch all water. Gutters installed with space that allowed water to run off roof and is NOT catches in gutters. Corner/Poor Work Workmanship and quality was compromised and instead of using full pieces as told, installers literally cut corners. Look at all the chalking used.
