Prior to painting, they pressure washed the entire house including the brick and chalked all the gaps. The crew masked the windows and brick, painted and detailed the trim. Kevin, the project manager missed a little on the paint estimate but was right on top of getting more. No delays. The best surprise is our porch ceiling. We thought it was so bad it should be just painter over. But Ollie said we should stain it. I was very happy with all the little details Fresh Coat took care of.
