There was no communication allowed to us to our relative. Yet, throughout, we were informed step by step by Brad. It turns out the relative could sign his own bail, and Catch 22 was not necessary. I offered to pay Brad some fee for his exception contribution to two helpless people 3000 miles from Greenville. Brad refused touting it is his job to do what he did. These kind of people are few, and give hope that the good ones still exist. Thank you Brad.

I am not one to give bad reviews, unless its food. But for what I paid and for as long as it took I…read morefeel I must speak out. This was a very rare coat..in fact I bought the last one. I took it in to be tailored as it was a bit over sized. When told that wasn't something he wanted to tackle.. I asked to have a zipper installed as I am a disabled vet and had problems with the original snaps... long story short he removed my snaps (The zipper was behind so no need) installed fake "Rivets" and didn't even seat/secure them with a tool..just pushed them in "Plugged" the hole with them. Well I lost two of them the first night I wore it. I found them on the floor. I ordered a tool to see if I could seat them, but I bought cheap wrong dies that wouldn't work. The second night worn, the zipper tore loose from the hand stitch. All in all this was beyond a shoddy rushed job that I waited over a month for. I paid $200 for the coat and $150 for this "Work". I didn't take it back and complain, I figured this is the work they do and didn't want to wait weeks again to wear a football jacket when the season is about over. I know how to sew (Thanks grandma) so I will take the $150 loss and just do all the work all over myself. So maybe I got a bad day job, I don't know...but I am throwing this out there to all. If it happened to me with my prize item..I would think hard about giving them your item. I am adding pictures of rivet heads, holes in jacket and zipper and stitching.

However, the finish is chipping off of the drain. I have been trying to reach them for a week via multiple emails and contact forms on their website as well as two voice mails, without success. No one has responded. I am not sure what the problem is - lack of office staff? Maybe I need to say I have a plumbing emergency in order for them to respond?

Why were we charged anything? This business picked up our mower and left us a loaner to use. The…read moreloaner never would start. My husband called 4 days in a row. On the first call they accused him of using bad gas and then said they would pick it back up. They never came. On the next three days he called, they said they would come every afternoon but showed up on none of them. After 5 days of not being able to mow our lawn someone finally showed up and oops, they had given us the wrong key. They brought our mower back, not repaired by the way, and charged us $85. For what??!! We received absolutely nothing from them except pain and lost time. Now we still have mower that doesn't work and grass that isn't mowed!
