The plumber was…read morevery forthcoming with all the information I needed (told me some things I could try to remedy the issue) and even gave me his personal cell phone number so that I could request a call back if needed on Monday. I ended up needing his assistance, and about 20 minutes after reaching out on Monday morning, he and another tech arrived to assist me.
