His exams were deliberate, thorough, inclusive and included state of the art eye photography equipment I had never seen before. His manner was professional and considerate. I'm not sure if I have ever had better care from an optometrist. Dr. P instilled enough confidence for us to try Burlingwood's optician to get our prescriptions filled. Unrelated to eye care, my wife commented that the office decor might need to be refreshed.

This is the 4th procedure with multiple doctors in an attempt to improve her vision. Prior to this, Dr Stiles did a procedure to correct acute glaucoma in the same eye. This young women is losing her vision, no doctors really no why and you would think the least Dr Stiles could do when he saw her today was speak to her. He said nothing. Walked in, did the procedure, answered one question about pain, got up and left the room. No one from the office called her later in the day to see how she was doing. And in fact, there is NO improvement. They told her that as soon as the dilation wore off she would see results. Nothing and no phone call. When I asked her why she didn't call them, she said...this office is the worst and most difficult to get a hold of to have any sort of conversation. I will try tomorrow. So - shame on you Dr Stiles, for being so incentive to a person going through an ordeal this significant.
