Some brickwork is cracked around suspended arches and cornerstone decorative pieces (e.g. above garage doors) but obviously has been for decades. I specifically called Cornerstone because I wanted a serious contractor who does actual poured footings, not that stacked cylinder mess that could actually crack your foundation worse as they use your house for the jack leverage. Dave was on time, courteous and (given that our appointment was in the middle of the Viral Apocalypse) understanding that I was working from home instead of 'off' for the day of our appointment. We spoke for a bit, he outlined everything well and asked pertinent questions about my reasons for calling, then got down to work inspecting...and recommended no work be done at this time. I offered to pay a service charge but he said that wasn't necessary. We did follow up on the phone briefly (I was busy when he was finished) and I am strongly considering coming back to them for some drainage improvements here and there as precautionary measures. Thanks for the time and professionalism.

Trinity Construction - Driveway replacement. We added soil on edges and cut the joint lines in and water done to slow cure time. Customer very happy with us.

Attempting to perform work on our foundation, work that failed due to saturated ground then left the excavations open which by a soil engineers report compromised the stability of the that portion of the footings. He must have had some financial problems in late 2025 because another customer claimed he stole $13,000 from them also in December of 2005. I have also filed a criminal case against Damon. Damon is one who will lie to you, cheat you out of as much quality and money as he can. In our case, he completed 1 out of 5 items on his proposal on which he used a fictitious business name and signed. He deserves a negative 5 stars for the most dishonest contractor I have ever encountered.

Communication started off clearly via message: I was quoted $500 for 2 tiles and $1,000 for 5-6 tiles, which I confirmed included demo and pour. We agreed to a date, and I adjusted my schedule to be present. However, when the team arrived, the foreman was clearly confused about the scope of work -- he thought they were only replacing 2 tiles. I called the owner (Arron), who claimed he had no idea the job was for 5-6 tiles -- despite our full conversation history showing otherwise. To make matters worse, Arron then claimed it would now cost $1,500 instead of $1,000 because it was scheduled on a Sunday. The kicker? He was the one who asked to come on Sunday instead of Saturday. This experience was frustrating, disorganized, and left me feeling misled. If you're looking for a contractor who honors their quotes and communicates clearly, I'd recommend looking elsewhere
