Some brickwork is cracked around suspended arches and cornerstone decorative pieces (e.g. above garage doors) but obviously has been for decades. I specifically called Cornerstone because I wanted a serious contractor who does actual poured footings, not that stacked cylinder mess that could actually crack your foundation worse as they use your house for the jack leverage. Dave was on time, courteous and (given that our appointment was in the middle of the Viral Apocalypse) understanding that I was working from home instead of 'off' for the day of our appointment. We spoke for a bit, he outlined everything well and asked pertinent questions about my reasons for calling, then got down to work inspecting...and recommended no work be done at this time. I offered to pay a service charge but he said that wasn't necessary. Damon is one who will lie to you, cheat you out of as much quality and money as he can. In our case, he completed 1 out of 5 items on his proposal on which he used a fictitious business name and signed. He deserves a negative 5 stars for the most dishonest contractor I have ever encountered.

To make matters worse, Arron then claimed it would now cost $1,500 instead of $1,000 because it was scheduled on a Sunday. The kicker? He was the one who asked to come on Sunday instead of Saturday.
