I contacted Bilal from Empire Land Surveying and he agreed to conduct the survey, His technician arrived early the next morning (and this was on a weekend during the holidays) and very efficiently completed the work in accordance with the District's requirements. The survey report was available within a couple of days. The fee was extremely reasonable. I will certainly use Empire Land Surveying again should I require a survey.

And when they were over bothered by my neighbour, they called me for help (phone recording and witness). I was shocked because I told them ahead before I sign, that my north side neighbour is a trouble, will try to bother. I told them the purpose of this survey is to stop the dispute from this neighbour. Their receptionist, Mendy told me clearly understand to represent their client's right to start the job at the week of 23-27, but I could not believe what happened. They came at 20 without notifying me, maybe it's in their convenience but I was not prepared to see their workers being harassed and bothered by that neighbour, and asked my help to settle my that neighbour. I know the law of surveyor's right, they could easily tell the neighbour to let them do the job, why need my help to settle the neighbour for them first. I have to keep emphasis to Mendy that they are to do the job for me, not for the neighbour, as I have already told her ahead of that problem. But she still insisted me to talk to that neighbour, then I told her to put in a written request to me. I discussed with my lawyer, seems their style of work not that professional, may not be a benefit. I told them to hold, then they came up with a bill for the half of survey job. It seems they do whatever they want without considering the client. Not reliable, not professional!
