Thankfully, Jagris and, specifically, JT Trousdale, made this experience smooth and worry-free. JT was professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He walked me through the entire insurance process, breaking down the complex jargon in the adjuster's report and helping me understand what to expect at each stage. Once the claim was approved, the contract between me and Jagris was clearly written, being simple, transparent, and free of the confusing fine print that is often found in home repair agreements. Next came the selection of shingles and options. I opted for a ridge roof upgrade, and the final result is fantastic. It not only looks great but will also help keep the house cooler. Jagris made the whole planning phase seamless. The day before installation, Jagris placed protective barriers around the house to prevent debris from causing damage and to facilitate easier cleanup. The installation crew arrived promptly at 6:30 AM. They were professional, organized, and experienced. Before starting, they walked the perimeter of the house to move any items that might be in the way, and they even covered the outdoor AC unit to protect it. I let them work, occasionally stepping outside to check in and offer cold drinks. Not that I would have minded, but no one asked to come inside the house. I was amazed by their work ethic and the speed at which they completed the job. By the end of the day, both the main house and the detached garage had brand-new roofs. The cleanup process was just as impressive as the installation itself. While it's nearly impossible to catch every single roofing nail, they did an outstanding job.
