They were so much kinder, and we drove straight to Empire 12 minutes away who bought them immediately and treated us with kindness and respect, and had a much nicer and much more professional looking store with many more kind employees. So it's clear who we recommend and will be returning to. This woman has no business being in a customer-facing role if this is how she treats everyone.

I stopped in 3 times before actually getting my watch back, with a crown that was not the same as the original damaged one. No one told me this was happening until I showed up one last time looking for it. The part could not be matched apparently, which is something I would have liked to know before it was installed. For the pleasure of being watchless, ill advised and informed, I was charged $80. Which the indifferent lady pointed out to me was a deal that didn't include labor. Terrible service, do not go here for anything! I've heard the Georgia store is much better, but this place is worthless.
