THe jerks in Oneonta would not talk to me and sent their older lady at the desk to tell me to take it back where I bought it. They would not take it.. One day old. Still had the papers.. HAD NOT BEEN OPEN. The people need to learn that customer service is number 1 and that I have kept many people from going to their little bitty store.

I will never buy anything else from them .they need men to bring heavy stuff out not a child and his daddy..

The price was more than fair for the work, as well. I spoke to him about repairing my dishwasher in a couple of months, when I'm ready to do that, and told him I was putting him in my file of names I trust for repairs and service. I would recommend Cooper's to anyone who needs work done at a fair price, and who values good service.

Aaron (the owner), had the problem diagnosed almost before he got into the washer. He replaced the hot and cold valves that were both leaking. He had to pick up the parts, was back in 30 minutes and in a short time, my washer was repaired. His price was certainly fair. I will call Aaron the next time I have any problem with an appliance.
