They didn't open the lid of the tank or use a camera to inspect anything for cracks or damage. They DO NOT check the inlet or outlet to make sure there's no blockage. I'm dealing with major plumbing issues at the inlet to the tank because of this! My realtor won't be using them anymore because it's not a thorough inspection like many other companies offer.

However, a gentleman called that night (Thanksgiving) and set up a time to service our septic system the next day! They were prompt, friendly and did an excellent job. Later in the afternoon they replaced the pump and even fixed the mulch and landscaping stones back to where they were - it barely looks like they were even here! They got here exactly when they said they would, and even though we inconvenienced them because we hadn't cleared the cars out of the driveway, these guys cheerfully waited until we got our own ducks in a row.
