I called 3 window cleaning companies and only one called back. George's Window Cleaning. Once they were here, each family member went about a routine, fast, clean, detail oriented and professional. Soft water treatment for the windows, the rails looked like new afterwards and the chandelier was glistening. In my past experience the frame never gets touched, rails for patio doors look like they did before and afterwards you have to clean away water spots. George just left. URRGGHHH.... George had cleaned our windows once before - $750 for inside and outside. We weren't going to use him again, but he kept calling telling us that he'd do a good job and provide a discount.A few weeks ago, George gave us a quote of $375 for exterior glass and we agreed. Since the quote, we decided to have the entire house pressure washed (2 days ago). The windows are clean and only water spots remain. When George arrived this morning, my wife was holding our new baby and told her that it would now be $450 for windows and $270 for lights, or $730. She asked, "what happened to the $375 quote?" George replied, "I had forgotten about the size of the house." George does a good job, but he seems to always want more! $730 for a job that will take a few hours - just nuts. read more

He's polite, thorough and professional. He came to do an estimate promptly, and was able to fit me in the next day. Hard to find any one to clean blinds anymore. In one of those mail ads i saw George's ad. It said he cleaned blinds..Whoo hoo!. Called them up, came over and gave me an estimate for cleaning all my blinds and windows. Prices good. George and his family showed up on time and did an outstanding job. I was very embarrassed of how dirty my blinds were. Needless to say he and his family did an excellent job, inside and out. Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! George was referred to me by a friend, who uses his window cleaning service twice a year. We've lived in our house for almost 10 years, and we had never had our windows or chandelier cleaned. He came with his wife and son and they cleaned all of our windows (inside & out), cleaned our crystal chandelier, and replaced any screens that had holes in them. This window cleaning service is not only bad but George ripped me off. Our windows were about 2 months old. First, the windows weren't cleaned very well and when pointed out to George, he wasn't happy and although he cleaned those areas again, he did a very poor job. He told me $ 160 ( I later confirmed this price with a note on a card he gave me). for the entire house and that the shower was going to cost $ 10-20. He actually charged my wife $ 165, and then charged $ 40 for the shower claiming it took longer to clean. The shower door was 2 months old. It actually took him 5 minutes. I was not thrilled with the service for the price . I have my windows and home cleaned regularly so they were not "filthy". I chose this service because the reviews were good and said he cleaned window tracks thoroughly , which I needed. He and his crew were finished within an hour and I made a mistake of writing a big check without looking . The tracks were HORRIBLE and untouched . The windows were clean but I have used much cheaper and better services for windows and screens . HE did NOT clean up after himself . Also they were going to charge $50 extra for a 2 high windows which other services have cleaned without question. Bottom line - POOR QUALITY FOR PRICE read more

Had a single story house that needed the windows cleaned badly even though newer dual pane vinyl windows. Called George and were able to squeeze us in the same day which was great. I was not present when they arrived, but called and told me it was completed. He told me he was charging me $300 for 10 windows and 1 slider because they were so filthy. I felt this was high for a single story, but agreed because I knew they were very dirty. Went later that day to look at the work and the glass was clean on all the windows, but the tracks and framing trim were not even touched. All that was done was the glass. After asking him about this he said cleaning the rest of the window is not in their work description. They only do the glass. Misrepresentation on "Window" cleaners. Unfortunately, because of this I will never refer or use them again. $300 for only glass on a small single story home and not touching the framing which really all you had to do is wipe down with a wet rag is not absurd. After all the rains we've had in the last few months, our windows had gotten very spotted. We discovered George's Window Cleaning here on Yelp and called George to make an appointment. He and his sweet wife came out the next day and did a beautiful job. George removed all the screens and washed the outside of the windows. Lucy did the interior side and before we knew it, they were finished and the windows look fabulous! And their fee was very reasonable! We couldn't have been more pleased.
