Originally part of my review is as follows: A year has passed and we are contacted by Nick Chopra to come in and to give them another chance. My husband being a nice and forgiving man that he is, agrees much to my reluctance. We ended up with a Dodge Durango and although pricing was not too bad, the promise of a certain low interest rate was not given but still my husband agreed to the new terms. The day of picking up this vehicle: A) Gas tank again not filled B) Detailing of the vehicle again not up to par C) Smell of vehicle....well let's just say we didn't get that new car smell at all D) Back lights were out and did not work E) Accumulation of water and condensation build up in where the back lights are It was brought to Nick Chopra's attention a month (we had gone away on a family trip) after the fact with pictures and we keep getting excuses upon excuses. The last time I had messaged him was June 27, 2018, to date we still have not received any sort of answer. This how unreliable the above dealership is. They want your money (their commission) and then they run. TO DATE: I would like to omit my "avoid at all cost" message and state that Sandra Marchetti was the person that had come through to "make things right" and to at least regain our confinedence in them. Sandra had held themselves accountable for Nick's mistake and had arranged for the following: 1) Racetrack light to be replaced and fixed 2) Gas tank to be filled 3) Complete vehicle detail And although all this had taken some time, at least it is completed, we appreciate it and we can move on from this. Some faith has been restored. Thank-you Sandra for reaching out.

SINGLE WORST PURCHASING EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE! Well folks, things have not been going great for me…read more Here's the breakdown: I live In Hamilton Ontario 1) Bought my 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 for 21k on last Thursday 10 Sept. from GEORGETOWN KIA(about an hour twenty away) 2) In under 24 hours while driving home from work, the check engine light came on and the engine went into limp mode on the highway through down town. Pulled over restarted it and just got onto the linc and it does it again. 3) Msg them "WTF!?" and I'm told to bring it into them Monday(1hr20 away with a check engine light on and an engine that cuts out). 4) Now I'm losing wages to get "NEW" truck fixed. They say at no cost to me, but I'm missing work. I'm there at 7:30am. Hand them my keys and wait.... and wait..... and finally at 1:40pm I'm handed my keys back and told "Good to go.". I get in, drive 10min towards home.... does it again. I turn around, go back, toss them my keys and say "try again". More time goes, I have officially lost a full days wages and my boss lost a day of his lead production worker there. 4:10pm rolls around, a smiling service desk guy hands me the keys "got it this time, you're good to go!". Heard that before but ok, just happy to be out of there. Get in the truck. Get 2/3 of the way home... DOES IT AGAIN. I'm less than amused. I can't turn around, as they'll be closed by the time I get back. 5) Msg them AGAIN "Hey it's still not working, I'm very upset about this. What is going on?". Get the "We're looking into it" response. 6) It's now Tuesday and I have had my vehicle since Thursday and function properly for less than 24hrs. So I figure I'll limp it up to the barbers and get myself sorted at least. As I'm driving I hear a "CLANK". Look into my rearview to see my new license plate disappearing down the road as it decided it fall off. Now I get the joy of a several kilometer hike to find the thing. oh so much fun! 7) Get a call Tuesday evening, "Bring it back in tomorrow morning and we'll look at it again". I flat out state that I'm going to need a vehicle or ride to get to and from work. "Ok, well have one of our drivers take you but they don't start till 9am". "Well I'm supposed to start at 6am but I guess I'm going to lose more money on my NEW truck. But I'm telling you that if you guys can't fix it this time, I don't want it anymore and I want my money back. This is ridiculous.". 8) Wednesday Now. Take it in for 7:30 AGAIN, wait an hour and a half for their driver(nice gentleman) to start and drive me the hour into work. I have now incurred a day and a half of lost wages due to the vehicle that was supposed to be my RELIABLE ride. Day goes on... not hearing anything... about 1:45pm get a call. Was elbow deep in greasy parts doing a machine switch out so got a message "Oh we're now calling in parts from Chrysler and got other techs on it". 3pm (my finish time rolls around) no other calls, no truck, no way to get home. Stranded because of my NEW truck, that I have now owned for almost a week and has functioned properly for less than 24 hours. Anxiety/Injustice ignites. Thankfully a wonderful friend was able and willing to come retrieve me by 5pm, otherwise I would have been waiting till at least 6pm waiting for my wide to come all the way from Simcoe to get me. 9) Get home and immediately msg my sales guys "I'm done. This has been the worst purchasing experience in my life. I don't want the truck anymore and I demand a refund.". 10) Thursday rolls around. One full week since getting this nightmare and it has been in their possession more than mine and still functioned properly for less than 24 hours. I start bugging the sales guys. "When can I come collect my things and my check so I can put this nightmare behind me?". "Oh I just have to discuss and get approval from my GM to sign the checks." "Discuss? I fail to see what there is to Discuss, I was sold a faulty product that does not work. It has cost me time and money. I just want my money so I can move on with my life and put this nightmare behind me. But fine. Do your thing and let me know when I can come get my money.". Several hours pass, then I get a msg "Had our meeting, my GM just wants to discuss a few things with you.". I'm not typing it all out because it's a lot of him trying to tell me that they "Don't DO refunds". After the fact that my wife and her co-workers have sent you MILLIONS of dollars worth of sales, and you sell a faulty vehicle off the lot, this is how you treat us?!!". (By the way GM, you have now lost at least two multi-million dollar accounts through this) Eventually ending up with with my phone dieing mid argument. I messaged him after " I have stated where I stand. I DO NOT WANT THE TRUCK, I DEMAND A REFUND. They have since not contacted me. So I'm still out a vehicle and my money.

We were approached by a sales rep asking what we were looking for. He wouldn't even entertain the idea we could afford a new truck. He led us to the 3 used ones in the lot. We pointed out one but he bought out keys to test drive for another more expensive truck. When I mentioned that he said they are all the same. During our drive he spoke of new management and how they're trying to change the publics view of their dealership. He also mentioned we might be best suited to buy a new truck at dodge. At the end of the test drive he handed my husband a card and told us to come back when we're serious. There was no mention of the truck promo they had going on or anything really to keep us interested in buying. On a side note: we are picking up our new 2016 Ram 1500 Outdoorsman this afternoon. Our local Ram dealership might want to send a thank you to the salesperson at Chevy for sending us over. They got a $55k sale out of us.

I had received several notices in the mail for early trade in so I went to take a look. Don't get me wrong the Buick is a great car and I debated for a long time about trading it in but I want to get into something a little better on gas as I have a fairly long commute. I met the sales guy who seemed very good and personable. "I explained I didnt want to hear a sales pitch and just wanted the bottom line. He agreed, no complaints with him so far. We looked at a few cars and when it came time to look at my Buick for trade in and that's when the games started. I met the business manager who looked like he should have the nickname "slick" and dealing cards in Vegas, typical hollywood used car salesman image, seriously! Then another shady guy who actually evaluated my car and came back with the very generous offer of $4000 under Canadian black book rating. Really! My spidey sense was going crazy and I was annoyed. I looked at the sales guy and he started explaining about what a great deal I was getting. I told him point blank they "you guys are ripping me off". His reply was to go through the numbers, the old shell game and get me to sign. He was relentless and I kept my cool and let him ramble. After listening to his spiel of "the number of rebates" and "the deal ends soon" and the "deal is great". I got up to leave and he said "maybe there is room to negotiate". I told him it was too late and that "you are wasting my time and you guys are scum". I left. I didn't have this experience with the old management, they treated me like I was a neighbour, and I was! I got a great deal back then and I knew it. I felt like I had to go home and have a shower I felt so dirty after talking to these "new" guys. I'm still in my Buick but Im now talking with Buick dealer in another town close by, soooo much better. Likely close a deal this week. Can't wait to move my service business there so I dont have to deal with this "new sleeze bag management"! New isn't always better!

Dishonest people with very little knowledge.. Must review…read moreyour deal, they are looking to hustle you at every chance they get. They charged me $7000 on a lease return and when I said I'll buy the lease back they made me jump through hoops and pay this and pay that (safety, etc..) to finally come to a conclusion that VW corporate decided that they can't sell me the car. (Bull****) only because then they couldn't get that $7000 from me..then weeks later I get a bill in the mail, they messed up and I owe another $450 ... just dishonest people!!!! Oh ya stupid me I was returning customer as well, but I learned an expensive lesson.. please avoid this dealer or even VW altogether.. its common knowledge they are a shady company..

I was told Wednesday. Then service manager couldn't guarantee it would be there for Thursday but "Friday for sure". Friday comes and I'm told it won't be there Friday because his "step sister has it" and put over 6000KM on it. Georgetown Volkswagen knew I had my heart set on this demo and knew I wanted to purchase it but Service manager could care less. Why advertise a vehicle on your website if it's not available? Why assure me it'll be available but lie and waste my time? Beware of this dealership. They play games and are very shady. After speaking to Jesse for well over a week, he pretty much told me to go to another dealership, rather than provide reasonable incentives for the inconvenience they caused. I received no follow up, no apology from the service manager. Horrible service. I ended up going to a dealership in town that took care of me and reduced the stress Georgetown Volkswagen caused. Georgetown Volkswagen obviously doesn't need our business so please think about going elsewhere.
