I placed a same-day flower delivery order with this florist, but shortly after ordering they called…read moreto say they could not fulfill the delivery that day. While disappointing, I understood. Since the next business day would have been too late for my needs, we mutually agreed to cancel the order. The problem is that despite canceling the order, they never refunded my money. I emailed twice with no response. After waiting about a week, I called and was told they had "no idea" what I was talking about and claimed they never charged me -- even though I have both an online receipt and the charge on my credit card statement. Their response was essentially to dispute it with my credit card company and "leave them alone." I did dispute the charge and also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Even the BBB received delays, evasions, and contradictory information from this company. After nearly six months of trying to resolve this, I've given up on getting honest customer service from this florist. I normally avoid leaving negative reviews, but I want to warn others: be very cautious when ordering from this business. My experience was extremely frustrating, unprofessional, and ultimately cost me both time and money.

The gift shop was clean and well stocked, and they offer pick-your-own pumpkins from the patch, or plenty of pre-picked options for you to grab and go. And they're really reasonably priced!
