This is one of our favorite playgrounds. Located in Dunwoody it's a smaller playground but great. Has a rubber surface and shade awnings perfect for hot summer days. Playground has 4 swings (2 baby & 2 regular) many levels of slides, climbing bars, twisting stools, climbing net and much more. It also has a fence that encloses the playground perfect for runners. Bathroom on site; Men's, Women's, & Family. Nice green space by playground perfect for picnics and other play. Location of a little shared library as well. Walking trail around neighborhood is great for strollers.

The night before our trip, I made the mistake of reading reviews and started to feel a little skeptical, but by then, it was too late to cancel. I'm actually glad it was, because our experience turned out to be a great one. When we arrived, the grounds were absolutely beautiful and very well maintained. At check-in, we were told the last wine tour started at 5:00 p.m., and it was already 4:45. I asked if we could go the next day (Monday), and the front desk agent assured us we could, saying they were open daily from 12-6. After settling into our room, we headed to Louis' House of Bourbon. The food was decent, but the drinks were excellent. The atmosphere alone made it worth the visit. The next day, however, we found out that the wine tours and tastings were actually closed on Mondays, which was disappointing given the information we were told at check-in. Still, we didn't let that ruin our trip. We went out to a nearby steakhouse for dinner and returned to the resort for drinks at what had quickly become our favorite spot, Louis'. I have to give a special shoutout to the staff, Manny, Anya, and Cole were amazing. They were attentive, friendly, and really elevated our experience. Overall, we had a great stay and are already looking forward to coming back, especially in the summer to enjoy the pool and hot tub!

Being a weekend and open to the public whether wining, dining, or not, there were almost no parking when we went. Got lucky catching someone leaving. The actual tasting set up is pretty confusing. No direction when you walk in. No hosts. You have to check in. They give you a sheet with the options of wines. Then you go to another counter and choose one wine at a time reusing the same glass throughout. Unless you change from white to red and vise verse. (I personally didn't like that) All with no direction or signage and staff just looking at you being confused. It is also self seating. The ladies at the check in desk weren't very friendly, as well as at the pouring station. I get they probably get rude clientele but we weren't them =(( We ordered some charcuterie and hummus to have with our wine and we actually did not get the hummus till over an hour later. We had to tell our coordinator. I'm sure they made it and forgot because the pita was rock hard and vegetables dehydrated. Why they didn't make a new tray I don't understand. Also considering the type of establishment, why does the charcuterie come on a baking tray with baked on grease? Wine selection though, great!

The layout is fun and the park itself is beautiful, especially in the winter when the leaves are thin and you can actually see the baskets through the trees. That said, the course could really benefit from clearer signage. Several pads weren't well marked, and we even had to skip a hole because we couldn't figure out where it started or ended. Since we only had time to play about half the course, we found ourselves spending more minutes navigating than throwing. I can't imagine how tough it must be in the summer when everything is fully leafed out -- it's probably like searching for a needle in a haystack. Still, it's a solid course in a great park, and with better markings it could easily be a five‑star experience.

I had no idea this was an annual thing and am happy that the city of Dunwoody does this and am definitely looking forward to next year's lights. While there were a ton of people, there was plenty of parking and I appreciated that there was an officer there to keep the flow of cars moving along. The park itself had several playgrounds and I loved they were padded. The kids had a blast on slides, swings and running around in the wide open space. The bathrooms were clean which always makes things even better. The kids had a blast playing with all the other kids and this is definitely a playground I'd come back to visit.

Just off of the parking lot you will find an outdoor workout area. There is some really nice equipment out there including dip bars, pull-up bars and balance boards. The park is situated just off of a paved bike/jogging/dog walking trail, the Dunwoody Trailway. There is a dog clean up station at the trail's entrance. You will find a couple of nice shelters at this park. One small and the other mid-sized, and both with picnic tables under them. They are not available for rent. They are first come, first served. The park features a fenced in splash pad with water that shoots up from spouts in the ground. It does not have any above ground water features, but is still nice and refreshing on one of those hot GA days. It is button activated and runs for 30-minutes. This splash pad is touted as being the city's first. Additionally, the park has a nice bathroom facility. The park's playground is on the mud free rubbery surface and has some modern, new equipment. There are percussion instruments, a fake log, a saucer swing, a friendship swing and toddler swings, a large jungle gym with monkey bars, slides, ladders, bridges, and canopies. There is a smaller jungle gym for little kids. That apparatus has a small slide, tunnels, and other fun stuff. This is a newer park, opening in 2023. At 5-acres, it is kind of small. I still like it though. It may not be a destination park, but still worth a visit if you are in the area.

Even though the park seemed pretty empty, the small parking lot on Glenridge was pretty full, leading me to believe that there's a lot more park entertaining people than the area that can be seen from Glenridge and Hammond. We headed to the brown tree-themed playground first. It's fully fenced in, seemingly to prevent kids from climbing and jumping from the concrete onto the rubber play surface. The equipment was clean and in good condition. Then we checked out the swings. The bucket swings are at a higher height than I'm used to, which is nice when you're pushing your little one, so that you don't have to squat or bend over when pushing. Afterwards, we headed to the large blue playground area closest to the corner, past the sand pit area, past the building that appears to be available fore meetings, and past the main picnic area. While exploring the blue playground, I found a sticker that said it's for 2-5-year-olds (apparently the tree themed one is for 5-12-year-olds). There are also tennis courts, basketball courts, and a soccer field, as well as some paved and some unpaved walking areas. I think this is another park that we'll be visiting quite a bit in the future, as long as we can find parking! #Yelp365 - 338/365

The park is actually two sections, separated by a lake. The park is a nature park has has many picnic tables and shelters, with picnic tables under them scattered on both sides of the park. Some of the picnic tables and shelters are located along the river and provide some panoramic views. The park also features a nice nature trail that is in the wood and pretty well shaded. On one side of the park you will find a small, but newer playground area with percussion instruments, saucer swings, and a couple of slides. It is pretty basic. The other side has a much larger playground. It has a huge play structure that looks like a fort and has a rock climbing wall, slides, and bridges. There is also a pyramid net climber, saucer swings, and toddler swings. The equipment is pretty spread out and in pretty good shape. There is a smaller play structure for little ones which has tunnels, slides, and bridges. You will find rocking animals in that area as well. This side of the park also has a restroom facility. This park is certified as a wildlife habitat and you will see water fowl, geese, beavers and squirrels up close and personal to name just a few animals. Someone was fishing while I was there, but I do not know how good the fishing is, or even if it is allowed. I do not know if it is part of the park, but across the street you will find a huge and amazing baseball complex that looks like it is home to a junior college. It is nice and very well maintained. All in all, this park is decent. It is well maintained and the lake and views are awesome . I will admit that There is not much to offer outside of the trails, shelter, lake, and picnic tables. I like the park, but I was not wow'ed or overwhelmed. The playgrounds are somewhat basic and probably would not holds a kids attention too long. This park would be great for those looking for a nature park.
