Specifically, we always see Miranda, who is a nurse practitioner and a complete joy. Talking with her is like catching up with a friend and she somehow seems to calm any anxiety I have without making me feel like a crazy person. Sandra, who is a front office staff member just spent 15 minutes on the phone with me, helping me to schedule multiple well checks as well as get immunization records for all three of my children. She made it so easy and was patient with all of my various requests. I'm not sure why there's negative reviews for limited appointment times. Each and every time I've called for a sick visit, I am nearly always gotten in that very day. Absolutely would recommend them.

I had a traumatic birth at a hospital...I've had cancer and had horrible treatment at a hospital. Hence I'm not comfortable to have my next baby at a hospital...unless medically necessary...they don't want to make exceptions...they just want things done their way and only their opinion matters. No consideration for my past that is pushing towards my choice to have a comfortable labor..my future baby is being rejected medical attention only because I fear another traumatic birth at a hospital

I recently started a new job and am…read moreunable to take off of work to be seen, therefore I went to the after hours which went great the first time. However, I scheduled another after hours appointment for the same illness that keeps coming back and 10 minutes before my appointment starts they call to cancel my appointment saying I cannot be seen and will need to reschedule for an in hours appointment. They were unable to accommodate me even though I was feeling awful. I had even paid the $55 after hour fee already, which was a hassle to get a refund for. I think it's unacceptable to be treating patients this way who have been seen by the same office for years. This was also after many hours of back and forth conversation on the portal app, which got me no sense of help/relief.

The medical staff has consistently been excellent, and I would confidently recommend Dr. Gonzalez and her team for their quality of care and professionalism. I am writing to share a recent experience that I believe warrants attention. Front desk staff are often the first point of contact for families, and that interaction sets the tone for care. I called Treehouse Pediatrics to schedule an appointment, initially under the impression that they also functioned as an ER. I quickly realized they provide after-hours care only, which I understand was my mistake. However, during the call, I explained that my daughter had been completely fine in the morning and suddenly could not walk, her legs were shaking, she was unable to move, and she was crying. Naturally, this was very concerning. While the staff member initially seemed attentive, her demeanor shifted as I continued providing context. When I mentioned my daughter had ant bites, simply to give as much information as possible, she responded by laughing and repeating "ant bites?" in a dismissive tone. No one expects to be laughed at during a high-stress situation, especially when seeking care for their child. That response felt unprofessional and lacked the empathy expected in a pediatric setting. As a parent of two, I do not seek care lightly, especially in moments of distress. No parent should feel dismissed when advocating for their child's health. Ultimately, we chose to go to the ER and canceled the appointment. I have requested a call back from management and would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this further, including providing a timestamp if the call was recorded. I share this feedback with the hope that additional training and guidance can be provided to ensure all families are met with the compassion and professionalism they deserve.

When you have little ones who need timely appointments or the ability to follow up quickly after an ER or urgent care visit, timeliness is important. Thanks for the care, but it's time to move on.

Instead of scheduling the appointment, she tried to lecture my wife on how to behave in the United States, claiming that we are in the United States and that she should know how to give a date of birth, and even suggesting that my daughter, who is only 10 years old, should be the one to call to make the appointment. There is no one more stupid and negligent than this woman; she made my wife cry with anger. I hope someone else reports this woman. I don't understand why there are such stupid people in customer service, especially when someone is calling for an emergency. She discriminated against my wife for being Latina, saying that because of that reason, people like her never get ahead in this country. Yet, thanks to people like my wife and all those who use the service, this stupid person has a job. I will contact management to speak with her manager. This cannot be just another phone call.
