But recently i had heard a few things and chose not to believe it bc again I had never had issues.. Until today.. one of their machines took MY Jeep on a joy ride to get lunch, at some point scratched one of my wheels and even had the nerve to smoke in it. The inside my car smells like a CIGARETTE!! A nasty CIGARETTE! Of course i got one of the good ole boy "i'm sorries" and "it shouldn't have happen" and "I done told him bout doing stuff like that" Of course the lady at the front desk was defensive from the beginning and trying to makeup a lie as to why he drove my car. They totally denied doing that to the rim(of course) and told me to leave the premises. Fantastic customer service! In a small down where local businesses struggle as it is. Needless to say I won't be back nor will i refer anyone else like i have in the past. Good luck little mom and pop shop you're gonna need it ‍
