After inspecting and test driving I found some issues with the car. The brought it to their shop right away to check on the Honda. The Assistent Manager brought me in his office to tell me very honestly the shop is not able to fix those problems to my satisfaction. Since they knew I drove so far they offered me all the help possible to show and test drive as many cars as possible. After finding a good pick they gave me good deal on the car and on the warranty. Val even drove to the gas station to fill the car up for me! If I need to buy a new car again, I will contact them first and see what they have to offer.

Went by to see the vehicle and I had already mentioned my credit was bad and I had money for whatever down. I test drive the vehicle and enjoyed the 2016 Acura ILX, then the senior rep or whoever she was ruined the guaranteed sale for Norma. Reason being, unprofessional and judged me after knowing my credit was bad. She came up to me and said that with what I had said I had for a down it wouldnt be enough, and couldnt be able to do anything that I would need 20%-30% down. The way she said it I could tell she assumed I was going to say cant do that, so therefore I asked how much and responded "its a lot, it would be way more than you said you had and your interest is high" there was no need for that there are ways to come at a customer, I been a car sales man so I know! I knew my credit is not great and therefore I had told Norma I had bad credit and I have so amount to put down but have more if needed, and i wrote that on the paper they give you to fill out, wrotethe amount and also specifically wrote down "but have more if needed." If they pay attention to deatils on paperwork they would have seen that and assumed well says he has more if needed so lets see how much he be able to put down. But after she told me it was $4000 down I said okay thats fine no issue and mentioned I had $5000 on me and after being told that her attitude changed. Because of the unprofessionalism she made Norma lose a sale. Turns out Norma was new, because Marcela called me and told me she was following up and mentioned Norma was new. For a new person she was doing great until the senior whatever she said her position was came up to me and ruined the sale. Therefore I took my business and money somewhere else (Toyota Mall of GA) and got me a 2015 BMW 428i. With just $3000 down. (Picture included of me with vehicle after purchased) If it wasnt for that one lady treating me like someone who wouldnt be able to afford anything and for judging me bc my credit is not great, she made Norma lose a guaranteed sale. Towards the end of the first week I called to get an update, no response. I called every day for the following 2 weeks and never was able to speak to a live person. Left multiple messages, never received a call back. Finally just picked my car up today and took it somewhere else. To top it all off, not sure what they did or said to AMUAP, but now I've been informed by AMUAP that due to it, my warranty is now void... Thanks a lot Jim shorkey Nissan, I really should sue for the cost of a new transmission. That's still an option.

I set up a time the next day to see it and when my wife and I got there, the car was away getting a new coat of paint. It was crazy, we drove over an hour away so he could tell me it wasn't there. Kacey is a smooth talker and good salesman, but HE'S NOT HONEST! They purposely get the hard to find cars and price them under the market, but all sales are "AS IS" and "Final", so buyer beware. I had to drive to the paint shop to see it. After arriving back home, Kacey told me that the car was conveniently finished getting painted, but the window regulator needed to be fixed. He said that he had a technician fixing it. We worked out a deal for him to drive it down so I could test drive it and check it out some more. After driving it and checking out more of the features, we negotiated a price that we could agree on. 3 weeks later the window regulator stopped working and the check engine light came on. The mechanic told me the window regulator was bad and the exhaust had a leak. The repair bill was over $900. I have tried multiple times to get the dealership to refund me any portion of the money, to no avail. So, my point to you is beware this dealership. It's like rolling the dice here. It's all about the sale here and once you buy, your on your own. P.S. Make sure you make them do an emission test on the car. It's illegal to sale a car without an emissions test!

It is flawed or biased…read more Backstory; I got a loan thru them a year ago for some tires I purchased at Adams custom wheels for 1600.00. Then a month after I got that loan they called me and ran a credit check as offered me a 10,000 loan if I wanted it. Which I did not at the time. Then I paid off the 1600.00 loan in three months 9 months early. So today I called and asked to apply for a 3,000 dollar loan to buy a second car and to use the money for repairs to get it road worthy. And they denied me saying that I had a past bankruptcy which was is 1999 and way over the twelve year ding. And that they would not reverse their decision. So my advise stay away from Lendmark or at least the Gainesville Georgia office. So now I have a inquiry on my credit report which doesn't show anything derogatory as I just went on credit karma and Equifax and fico. Which were all in line and equal. I honestly don't understand why if they have had good past results from lending me money before. Nothing has changed except I now own a house and all my payments for the past 20 years have been on time and I make more money now than when I got the original loan. Since discovering the issue, I've repeatedly called the dealership, but they have completely ignored my calls and made no effort to help resolve the situation. Their lack of customer service and accountability has been extremely frustrating. I would not recommend buying a vehicle from this company based on my experience.
