He made me feel like I was over stating my injury despite a partially torn ligament, hamstring tear, and small fracture. He spoke like I should already be back to work (12 hour shifts with a lot of walking). That really got in my head and made me feel awful. Thankfully my orthopedist disagreed with him. After a straightforward online new patient check-in, I arrived to a clean and well-equipped office set up. The entire staff was very welcoming, and the process of being seen was prompt. Great first impression all around. Dr. Jim introduced himself and took the time to get to know my medical history and my professional background as it related to my spinal health. This is another indicator for me of an attentive professional. Afterwards, he went to work. His techniques were very effective but gentle, and he explained himself the entire time. (In this way, I would recommend his practice for a first time patient looking to explore chiropractic care.) Having had experience with many other chiropractors, I knew this guy was good. He found and adjusted some of my stubborn and chronic trouble areas with ease, relative to other practitioners I have had.
