After negotiating the contract with my customer and the sellers, it took the attorney 5 days to write an addendum for a price change of 50k and then another week to get it to the sellers attorney. Once the sellers attorney returned the docs to Steiners office, it took them another 5 days to fax one page to the buyer who lives out of state and the buyer signed and sent via overnight the deposit ck along with the signed document via next day priority mail. Another week passes and now the Michael, himself says that he didn't received the package. Still no urgency, no offering of solutions, then he has the balls to get smart with me on the phone because he was closed? How about getting someone to take your packages while you're away? How about notifying your clients as to when you will be away? How about getting the tracking slips that are left on your door after several attempts by the post office? How about giving a crap about the people who bring you business. One word, LOSER. Thumbs down and use at your own risk.

I refused to give him the time of day and still hoped I could trust him with my case but as time progressed his advances become to much to deal with so I had to part ways. There was way to many inappropriate texts and calls at all hours or the day and night.
