I got four reminder emails and a voicemail stressing my punctuality--but no one contacted me until 20 minutes after the appointment time. Renata knew I'd had trouble reaching the office but never acknowledged it. She sounded irritated from the start. When I raised my concern, she said, "I already apologized. I'm not going to apologize ten times." When I first met Renata, she was with Karol & Sosnik. She led me to believe that firm no longer existed--but it does. I've already contacted them, and they were warm, welcoming, and professional. I've referred clients to her in the past, but I regret that. I'll be referring to Karol & Sosnik going forward and filing a complaint with the NY Bar.
