My very first appointment was at 8 am, an ultrasound to confirm pregnancy and office visit. I got there at 7:55 am. The door was not unlocked until 8:07 am, I waited 30 min to be called back. I was understanding and didn't think much of it. Went through my appointment and scheduled my 20 week anatomy scan for 8 am and follow up visit proceeding at 8:40 am. The day of my appointment comes and it is pouring down rain, this is my 3rd pregnancy and have my 1 yr old with me. I walk in at 8:05 am and Nikea very rudely turns me away and tells me that they will not be seeing me today. So I ask why and she tells me that I am late. I said it is 8:05am and she said they have a 0 min grace period. Mind you, I am the very first appointment of the morning, so they couldn't have even been behind at this point. She also informed me that she was going to cancel my 8:40 am and I could try again a different day. This is an office that has already accepted me as a patient. I am halfway through my pregnancy and have concerns that I need to discuss with my doctor and a ton of labs to review from my last visit. Needless to say I will not be returning as a patient. Alyson Putnam, you need to be replaced immediately. Along with Nikea and Corey. Maybe find a new profession because none of you belong in the medical field, especially where it involves pregnant women.
