I'll be honest--the day before our appointment, the front desk staff member we spoke with was a little rude, which was discouraging. However, on the actual day of our appointment, there was a different person at the front desk and she was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful, which made a big difference. As for the doctor, he was absolutely amazing. You could truly tell that he takes pride in his work and genuinely enjoys what he does. He was thorough, patient, and made my daughter feel comfortable throughout the visit. Despite the small hiccup the day before, our experience was very positive, and I would definitely recommend Southside Medical Center.
