I called them and didn't actually get to talk to the handyman person; instead, I talked to his assistant (who acted like an intermediary). He stressed that the repairman (Calvin I think was his name) was busy through at least a couple of weeks but that I should text some pictures of what we wanted done to a certain number and he would get back to us. I did as requested, but no response came. We followed up with additional emails, and then another call when I was told that Calvin was very busy but would get back to me. Two months later, and I haven't heard back from them. Would I love to hire them? Yes. Would I pay them to do the jobs we need? Yes! Will they ever get back to me? We shall see...
