There's never a convenient time for either. Our Mazda CX-5's front right bumper was side swiped or backed into by someone, likely in a parking lot. Boo. Thankfully this was just cosmetic paint damage and not something far more complex. I emailed Waln on a Sunday night and heard back from the General Manager, Emily, first thing on Monday morning. I drove my car to Waln, where I proceeded to receive a repair estimate in less than 20 minutes. There was no wait time, but I would encouraging calling ahead so they know you're coming. They have 3 bays designed specifically for repair estimates. Customers wait in their car or in the waiting room while their vehicles are being looked over. Once I received the repair estimate I took several things into consideration (age of car/current value/overall condition, etc.) and ultimately asked if there was a second option. Chuck worked with me and truly made my day/week/month. Jeff is uber talented and he, too, made my day/week/month. Based on my short, but excellent experience at Waln I can't recommend them enough.
