They were very nice, but I had gotten a nasty message the same day from one of the guys. stating that I was basically wasting their time and that I needed to go directly to the store to make the appointment and not over the phone because the schedulers are what he said "dumbasses and don't know what they are doing " after I heard the nasty voicemail I never went back.
