Just scheduled a collision estimate and the young male person on the phone was extremely rude. I'm dreading this appointment next week.

IMPRESSIVE! That's what Randy and his helper were, totally impressive! Back door windows on…read moredriver's side was broken out and the forecast was for heavy showers the next day. Within 25 minutes they had all the glass cleaned up and the new windows put in. They even cleaned my driver's windows. I couldn't have asked for better quality or more professional service. Highly recommend these guys.

The owner of this place broke my key. After replacing a side window, he asked me for my keys so he…read morecould test the window. When he tried to take the key out of the ignition, he brute forced the key out of the ignition instead of pushing in the key (as you are supposed to do) and rotating the key until it stops and then taking the key out. What I mean is...when you want to take the key out of a 2003 Honda Accord you rotate the key until it stops, then you push the key inward and rotate again until the key stops. Then you can safely pull out the key. This guy rotated the key until it stopped and did not push in the key and rotate the key. He tried to brute force the key out of the ignition and when he did, he pulled the FOB right off of the key. He tried to blame me for this and said this would have happened if I was to pull the key out. It cost me over $200 to get a new key made!!! DO NOT EVER CALL THIS PLACE FOR ANYTHING!!! I should have sued him (I guess I still can), but he will be the kind of guy who would not pay when he looses in court. Oh, and by the way, he is not located in Fairfield, anymore. He has no office. He works out of his truck!! Not only that, but the window he replaced goes up and down very slowly, now. Nothing like how it worked before he replaced it.
