They gave me a recommendation for a towing company to bring my car to their shop. They allowed me to leave my rental car there and they contacted Enterprise so that it could get picked up. They gave me a breakdown of everything that they did on my car. One of their mechanics went to look at the car with me to make sure that I understood everything and felt comfortable before I left. They vacuumed and cleaned my car that had not been touched since the accident. Before dropping my car off, I was too anxious to even get in my car. I was so appreciative of them taking that step to make sure that it looked great when I drove it for the first time in two months. The repairs were covered by insurance so I can't really speak to the price. However, in the past I never felt that they were overcharging. Overall, working with them was so stress free. After having a very hard time going back-and-forth with insurance, this was the blessing I needed.
