So I didn't have any work done but this place lost an opportunity for my business. I have never made an appointment for an estimate at an auto body shop and I never will. I stopped in and I was told they had two back to back appointments scheduled about 30 minutes later than the time at which I was there and they wanted me to come back or schedule an appointment. I'm not sure what their estimator was doing or anyone else that works there that was/is capable but whatever it was, it must have been important because they weren't stopping in order to do provide me with an estimate. I even offered for them to take pictures and my information down and said they could email or call me with with it. If they don't have time to provide an estimate I don't know how they stay open because how do they get business? So in short, this place won't get my business now or in the future. read more

Had my SUV repaired there last week. Excellent work. Then I heard a sound, took it back and it was a problem unrelated to the accident. Mike and his crew took the time to drive, diagnose and fix this minor problem...AT NO CHARGE! Even though it took a few hours, NO CHARGE. This was probably my worst experience getting a estimate for my SUV that was rear ended.They came out and did there little inspection they do the visible damage is the bumper and exhaust that's a easy fix the problem is the other things that happened leafspring snapped and the transmission is having trouble shifting I had non of these problems previous to accident.The tech made his findings and basically said the bumper and exhaust we can do but as far as the other things I doubt the accident did them other thing so we went to another place to get a estimate and the first thing they said was how the suspension and tranny I was puzzled did some digging and guess what they are with the insurance company.Be aware of corporate insurance companies in with the body and auto repair shops do your research read more

Wants to charge $1000 for a small dent in the driver's door, was a condescending jerk on the phone, very poor service!

I stopped in to get an estimate on a door ding. I was told the estimator wasn't in and I had to make an appointment. I was annoyed because I've never experienced that before but I scheduled an appointment for the next week because they were booked up all week. I came in the next week at my scheduled time and the desk clerk told me he wasn't sure the estimator was still in. I was perplexed because I had an appointment. Then he made me fill out a paper before he even got up to go check. Then he went and checked and said the estimator was still available but I had to wait. I sat there for 30 minutes and the estimator never came out. Then another customer came in and asked for Mike by name and was immediately taken care of. I left. I realize now they are in bed with insurance companies and don't want to deal with cash customers. I will take my business elsewhere but I think a call to the I-team is in order because something feels shady. They purposely put me off twice to avoid doing my repairs. read more

I stopped in to get an estimate on a rear end collision on my truck. I stood around for 5 minutes listening to people in an office. There was nobody at the front desk. Finally some guy walks up and acted like I was interrupting him. No Hello, sorry for your wait, just rudely asked if there was something he could do for me. I explained my situation, he asked if I had an appointment. Then grilled me on which insurance company I was filing with. I didn't know, I didn't have the accident report with me. He actually asked if I "really" didn't know which insurance company the person at fault had, as if I was lying to him! I asked why it mattered for an estimate? He was obviously upset that I questioned him and went off on some rant about how the process was different for different insurance companies. I just wanted an estimate for repairs on my truck! He then said he would have to check to see when he could work me in for an estimate. He walked back down the hallway where I heard him talking to somebody again. I waited 5 more minutes an left! What a waste of time. There are 3 other body shops within a mile. Two of the three wrote estimates on the spot with no issues. The third would have, but the person I needed to talk to was at lunch. Will never go back, will never recommend. The way they treated a potential customer was absolutely ridiculous. read more
