ClearShield Auto Glass is hands down AMAZING! After something large shattered my windshield while driving on 275, I contacted my insurance agent who recommended ClearShield. From the moment I called, I was impressed. I spoke to Trevor to report my issue and again when my parts arrived and to set up my windshield replacement service. Trevor gave excellent customer service. Initially, he thought the installation would take a few hours. Therefore, he offered to pick my car up and and drop it back off to me - saving me any inconveniences. Fortunately, the instal resulted in not taking as long. Joe, the installer called me to let me know he would be able to change the windshield on site. He called me when he was in route and again when he was in the parking lot of my workplace. I never had to leave work! Joe also gave exceptional customer service. He was very professional, polite and thorough. I am a manager in my field and often have high expectations. The side window of my wife's vehicle was, unfortunately, busted out last Wednesday evening.  The next day, she contacted ClearShield Auto Glass for a replacement. They offered to come to us or have the car dropped off-- whichever was more convenient.  We decided to drop it off since there was an appointment available early Friday morning.  The staff said it would take about an hour for the replacement to be completed.  So I walked a few doors down for breakfast while I waited and came back to pick up the car about an hour later.  The staff were friendly and professional.  The pricing was reasonable too. Trevor and the Clearshield team were incredible. I emailed after business hours and they came and fixed my window the next day. Unfortunately accidents happen and there was an issue with the panel next to the window - the guy who did the work (Michael? Matthew?) called and told me about what happened - Trevor called and remedied the problem. Took time to get the replacement panel (but that's on Subaru, not Clearshield) but Trevor kept me updated regularly. They are all incredibly professional, prompt and were also the most affordable?! 5 Stars I finally visited Clearshield in Blue Ash on 6 May to have my VW EOS whindshield chip/crack assessed. They were very honest about options to repair or replace and I decided to go with the replacement expecting to have to schedule that work. To my surprise, the glass was available and they said I could return home and they'd be able to come out and replace it the same day. Within about two hours, Joe arrived with the new windshield and was extremely professional, courteous, and meticulous in performing the work. I would certainly not hesitate to use Clearshield in the future for my auto glass needs and highly recommend Joe for any work you need done. read more

I had a crash with a flying turkey last weekend that crushed my windshield to smithereens. I called a couple of glass repair companies, but one was closed and the other offered to fix it on the following Monday. Insurance Company servers were down the day I needed a replacement. Couldnt access my coverage, nor deductables. Talked with Trevor by phone, and problem solved! Quoted an install, took all the limited info I had access to, and everthing else just fell into place. The service from ClearShield was terrific from my first call, talking to Ben, to the actual replacement windshield done by Joe. I have a leased car and the dealer initially told me I had to replace the windshield with an OEM product (costs twice as much). I've never had a windshield to replace, but find them in Yelp and glad I did! Cheaper than other places, and the service was outstanding. Jeremy was incredible. Came to my work and replaced it in 30 minutes. Now it's better than ever. THEN, a day later, my son accidentally broke the wind shield on my van (when it rains, it pours). Awesome! I purchased the chip repair window offer from Groupon after a rock made a starburst like chip in my windshield. The location in Blue Ash was clean and the gentleman who helped me was courteous and professional. He even let me observe the process. I was absolutely amazed how this deep chip was all but removed magically right before my eyes! Barely a spec remains. No more worries it would spread and cost me hundreds to replace!! I found this place via Groupon to fix a small chipped glass area on my windshield. They two guys working were very nice and finished the work in about 20 minutes. This was great because I had to bring my 1 year old son with me and if you have kids, you know how it can be challenging lol.
