We have never had an empty condo in the twelve years we have had it rented until know and Taeo didn't seem to have any urgency to rent our home. He was also unclear about how the condo would be listed. We had to find out from another realtor that our condo was never put on the MLS. When we did find that out, we asked Taeo about it and he assumed that we knew it would not be on the MLS when we secured his services. We are very disappointed in the customer service and professionalism we received. Taeo may need better training and/or a mentor to check on him weekly to check in on how he is working with clients.

We've known Adriano for over 3 years now and he knows our family very well. To sum up our…read moreincredible experience with Adriano's expertise we now own 2 condominiums that are fast building equities courtesy of Adriano's excellent negotiation skills and crafty strategies. In spring of 2015, Adriano helped us acquire our Newcastle condo even though we're only the second highest bidder. That condo is now valued $70,000 more than our original purchase price. In addition, that condo is going to add additional $25,000 to our household income because Adriano help us rent it out. Just over 3 weeks ago, Adriano help us purchase our next condo in Bellevue, zip code 98007. Zillow list this area as seller market because properties are sold typical $30-$40K above the listed price. With Adriano's strategies, we got the purchase agreement at the listed price with at least 5 competing offers with the highest bid ~$45K over the original listed price. Since we got that condo at a very good deal, we've already netted about $80K additional equity in less than a month period. Anyone who reads this may become skeptical thinking it is all exaggeration but out of my gratitude to Adriano, I'm willing to spend time to anyone interested in detailing and showing how Adriano was able to pull it off. Everything is as real as the properties we've added in our investment and retirement portfolio. In the next 3-5 years we've already laid out our plans for our third property purchase with Adriano guiding us along the way. Adriano already helped a good friend of our get their dream home. Buyers, please be careful when dealing with this realtor and his listings. Here are a few things I…read moreencountered as a buyer : 1. This realtor is very bellicose and aggressive. He easily threatens the buyer with legal actions directly bypassing your realtor. If you want to frighten your potential buyers away, go and hire him. 2. The realtor provided conflicting information regarding the square footage of the property. He bypassed my realtor and reached out to me directly, claiming that he had two appraisals indicating the size as 3002 and 3200+ sqft, opting for the smaller measurement. However, the seller themselves informed me that the first appraisal stated the size as 2900+ sqft. 3. Do not release your Earnest money directly to the seller, and be wary of agreeing to pay more than 5% of your Earnest money. The realtor attempted to trap us with their own contract forms instead of using WA standard forms. 4. I found that the realtor disclosed my private information, including personal messages and phone number, to unrelated individuals. This is a breach of my privacy. 5. This arrogant person calling buyer POS. Not surprised at all. PS: why you deleted your response? You said you couldn't be happier to get my 1 star review. What just happened?
