Instead of acknowledging the mistake, apologizing, or checking the receipt, he repeatedly insisted that the order was already made and that someone else had taken it. I told him that this wasn't my fault and that orders should be verified before being handed to customers. Rather than trying to resolve the issue, he dismissed my concerns and ignored what I was saying. His attitude was rude, unprofessional, and showed a complete lack of customer service. Everyone makes mistakes, but what disappointed me most was how the situation was handled. A simple apology and willingness to fix the mistake would have gone a long way. Instead, I was made to feel as though I was responsible for an error that could have been prevented by verifying the receipt before handing out the order. I hope management provides better customer service training and ensures employees verify orders before giving them to customers. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location.
