Small Turkey and ham on bone bread $9.99
    Amy W.

This place has been all over my feed thanks to Blondes Who Eat, and let me tell you, I had to see what the fuss was about. The hype? Pretty justified. But listen, rookies, there's a system here, and if you don't know it, you'll be standing around like a lost tourist at a deli counter. First, it's one set price for your sandwich, and I love that, very democratic. No nickel-and-diming for toppings unless you go big on size (the regular sammy is $9.99). We went with ham, turkey, and cheese on their famous bone bread (yes, I too was intrigued), with the pesto and sun-dried tomato spreads. But here's where it gets interesting--you have to take your own sandwich across the store to get it toasted. Once it's nice and warm, you return it to the very friendly sandwich guy to get your cold toppings. Now, I almost asked if I could add some of that crispy, thick-cut bacon from the hot side of the kitchen (because, obviously, bacon makes everything better), but as a first-timer, I didn't want to overstep my sandwich privileges. Pro tip: A small is huge, so plan on splitting it or bringing reinforcements. Also, the surprise MVP of the visit? The bakery English muffins, get a 4 pack to go!. If you know, you know...Oprah literally flies in her English muffins from Model Bakery in Napa, and these were so close to that legendary level. Maybe not quite as buttery, but damn near perfection.

So my food was good. I always like anything I get from here. My sandwich hit the spot $9.99 worth it. So, what am I giving it a two. I am big on costumer service. If I come to the counter and speak to you. And I say hello and you grunt I am like what did I do to you? Nothing because I spoke. You rang me up and didn't say a word. But the person who came before me and after me you spoke to me. Yeah no! I am going to try a different location to see how it goes. But the sandwich was good!

Sandwich on Bone Bread and Chocolate oblivion shot (coffee mouse cake)

Was headed to a concert and I ALWAYS. Make a stop at the Eatzis in Grapevine, though all their locations short of the one on Preston and royal is fabulous. I got a sandwich and a chocolate oblivion shot. My staples. Staff always friendly, sandwiches, salads, and their rotisserie chicken are the BEST!

Super unique concept, and the staff were very nice. The coffee was also great value. However, very few items had ingredients labeled, which made shopping difficult for those with dietary restrictions.

I've been to several locations, in Fort Worth, Dallas, and this one--each pretty similar. The fresh pasta is consistently good, with the sun-dried pasta salad being my fav. However, the salmon, empanadas, and quesadilla were disappointing. The quesadilla was overly oily and just lacking flavor. Usually, I grab the packaged sushi for convenience, and after this experience, I'd probably stick with it. Great for fresh pasta, but other items can be hit-or-miss. p.s. The service is always great!

European style market with tons of choices for all types of cuisine. Fresh sandwiches, pre prepped meals, meats, cheeses and desserts. The options are abundant but the prices are on the high end compared to larger grocery stores. Although, The quality cannot be beat even the rotisserie chicken looks and taste better than big box places.

I believe their coffee machine is down or something. So I opted for their "Blood for the Blood God" tea it's not too sweet and pretty refreshing for a hot, humid day. We waited to eat our cinnamon roll at home. After heating it up a bit, I enjoyed the sweet treat. It was a tad bit dry, but it was eaten. If you're a fan or just walking by, stop and check it out. When I asked why, I was told for remodeling and because they are short staffed. Neither made sense. I believe I saw 3 or 4 employees and while there could have been remodeling behind the scenes, we watched them close up and saw the employees all leave. We had to go find another coffee shop, but it made me wonder, if I was the owner of this coffee shop I would want to verify they were not closing early just to go play. ***revized review*** Business reached out to explain they are making improvements and scheduling those is tricky. It would be great to update on Yelp, which is how we decided on this coffee shop (based on closing time). Coffee and offerings we had were very good. My sister got a triple chocolate frappe and it was solid! I got the Spanish latte (half sweet) I heard it was sweet, but I would probably do the normal way with and extra shot and be happy!
